  1. Friday 11/28 I went to the gym, but I can't remember what I did? Probably around 20 minutes on the elliptical? Saturday 11/29 went for a 3.5 mile bike ride towing my son in his trailer (combined weight around 70lbs), then later that day some strength training: Squats 5x5 125lbs OHP 5x5 75lbs Deadlift 3x5 at 230lbs Today went to the gym, did 10 minutes walking at a brisk place on the treadmill, Following by 20 minutes on the elliptical.
  2. Went to the gym again tonight, 16 minutes on the treadmill, and 16 minutes on the elliptical. Still working my way up.
  3. I'M BACK!!!! Finally signed up for a gym membership again last Friday, met with a trainer on Sunday and did 20 minutes on an elliptical (gotta start slow). Then tonight I went again, 15 minutes on the treadmill, and 15 minutes on the elliptical.. Planning on going daily , at least mon-fri. Starting slow with just cardio, then adding some other exercises in.
  4. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine yesterday, not going to make it to the gym today
  5. Past 2 weeks were pretty crazy, and I didn't do much organized exercise. I did a lot of hravy lifting at work, lots of house cleaning, bouggt a 1967 VW Baja Bug for a project, did a lot of pushing the car around, etc. Had company, my sister came to visit. Niw everything is getting back to normal. Got a free week pass to Golds Gym, went for the 1st time yesterday. Did 30 minutes on an elliptical machine. Might go today too.
  6. My legs are pretty sore today. On Friday I did 15x15. Gonna take some time to get used to 5 days a week exercising
  7. I just can't stop lifting. I need to maintain the muscle I have. So i started back on some strength training today. Did the SL5x5 B workout at 75% of my 1RM Squats 190lbs 5x5 Overhead Press 75lbs 5x5 Deadlift 230lbs 3x5 Probably not going to continue updating both battle logs, so I'll just stick with the new one.

  9. 18x18 today, I really wanted 20x20 but I just couldn't do it. Oh well 37 minutes of beast mode is still damn good.
  10. No workout yesterday, I was exhausted after work. I might workout today instead. I was thinking about doing cardio Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and strength training Tuesday, and Thursday. Also changed my macros to carbs 35% protein 35% and fat 30%.
  11. Pushed hard this morning and did 17x17 (153repsX153reps). Took me 30 minutes.
  12. Not feeling wild and crazy today, so I did 15x15. First time wearing my heart rate monitor. Resting HR was 72 before starting, and 144bpm afterwards. Took me 26 minutes today. Still need to research what I need my HR to be for optimal fat burning.
  13. Feeling wild and crazy today, so I did 16x16. Holy crap that was hard. RestingrHR was 88 before starting, and 148bpm afterwards. Took me 31 minutes.
  14. Thank you, babies are amazing, I can't even put into words what the last three years have been like. It's like a rollercoaster.
