Hey all, I am so glad I found this community, I have always been a hard gainer and thus always easily lost motivation. I have been paleo on and off for about the last 2 years, I am a mechanic by trade and thus have a physically demanding job sometimes, but I want to be in better shape, On average I walk 13,000 steps a day at work, I try to work out 3 days a week before work. I am having some trouble finding a good routine to follow during the work out. I should also mention that I have Psoriasis and Colitis. I am trying to improve my symptoms of these with diet, since my meds seem to work for a while and then need changed to something else which is not working. I guess I am looking for some direction. I have one question. Should I eat before or after my work out. If I dont eat before I am not hungry till lunch but feel weak and irritable. Thank you
