  1. I have made nice with my bicycle! I haven't been able to ride my bike for the past year and a half without this awful, stabbing knee pain. Because of this, my poor bike has been hanging in the garage gathering cobwebs (no joke, I had to clean them out of the wheels). But today, I had the overwhelming urge to ride my bike. So my dad helped me bring it down, we filled the tires up with air and I rode it.... and it didn't hurt! I did feel a little tension on the knee, but overall, it was a pain-free ride! I was even able to get up my driveway (which is a little steep). I'm so happy right now Now, I can hopefully train myself back to being able to ride my bike on the CapeCod Canal both ways (14 miles total).
  2. Many Moons by Janelle Monae and Looking Glass by The Birthday Massacre are the two songs that I have been listening to quite a bit lately

  9. I used to play piano when I was young (8 years, then I was placed in the Honors program..so I had no time) Then I played guitar for 1 and a half years (lost interest) I used to be in choir, but I'm mostly self-trained at this point in time. I enjoy singing a lot and I hope I can get back into piano someday oh! and my parents tried to teach me violin when I was a tot...that didn't go so well haha.
  10. 4-22-11 walked to target and back ( not sure what the exact distance was for this) 4-23-11 nothing.... i slept most the day. 4-24-11 Jumping Jacks: 1 set of 50 ( I was planning on doing at least 8 sets of 50, if not more...but Easter ended up being awful for me and emotionally draining...so I ended up moping around) 4-25-11 Wall-push-ups: 8 sets of 15 I'm trying to get my head back into the challenge. 13. mmmmm, sandwiches. I'll make my own, thanks. haha, I have the book that this is from (and read the articles every time they get posted on yahoo), so it's not so surprising for me. Though the book itself has some really surprising facts about everyday fast-foods and restaurants. It makes you never want to go out to eat again

  15. Hi guys! Faline: lol, Rainy days here are cold and gross Seabright: I will have to find a pair of pants that fits poorly then, haha. But by the second half of the challenge I should have a scale (cause I'll be at home) LynnyLee: Thanks! ___________ I didn't post yesterday because I got trapped in the laundry room! SO I didn't get a chance to do anything But today is a new day, so let's make up for yesterday 4/14/11: walking: 13500 steps (about 6 and a half miles) jumping-jacks: 3 sets of 70 crunches: 5 sets of 35 wall push-ups: 5 sets of 15 half-squats: 1 set of 20 daily plus: It's so nice out!! Also, I got my schedule figured out daily negative: Possibly having a Sinus infection. I can not breathe! Also, a poor squat count because of dizziness ___________ So, my schedule is figured out for the most part thanks to Charlotte (she's amazing). I just have to wait until I can register (April 21st).
