  1. I'm ashamed to say that I've fallen off the horse for this challenge. I've failed all bar my smoking goal due to some personal events that have shocked my world. Back to the drawing board and I'll hopefully make a return next challenge...
  2. monday played soccer for about half hour tuesday body weight circuit integrated with push up program wednesday half hour run no smokes and push ups are slowly getting there!
  3. week one done! went on holiday but kept my push up program going, and I swam everyday! no smokes as yet!
  4. Day one done! No smokes Did a thing called Fitness excellence - think battle pt + pack marching + obstacle course Push up challenge tomorrow
  5. At the moment its more to get money in the bank, long term its for a house deposit. I'm using Champix this time and it is working really really well! its been just over a month since my last cigarette!
  6. Main Quest: Build 'Good Habits" Goal 1: Do activity every weekday! Do something, be it cardio or weights, something is better than nothing! Printing out a 6 week planner so I can cross off everyday I do something to 'keep the chain' Goal 2: Continue my quest to quit smoking Continue my method of keeping the chain for everyday of no smoking Continue to feel the benefits! Goal 3: Complete the "100 Push ups in 6 weeks" program I'm average at push-ups as it is! It's one of my weaknesses and I need to improve them! Got the android app to follow Will employ the same keep the chain method as the other two goals! Life Quest: Track my Money! I want to save more money and spend less, but the problem is I have no idea where my money goes I will track all my expenses for the next 6 weeks and see where it all goes Scoring to come!
  7. Summary 1.Go to the Gym 3x a week and lift heavy things for 45 mins. In total I went to the gym 10 times, scoring a solid C Better timetabling and organising my time next challenge! 2. No 'Bad, Sugary, Alcoholic' Liquids 1 drink in total!! A Maintaining this! 3.Do some form of Cardio at least 2x a week 10 cardio = A definitely can feel the results from this one!! must maintain! Life goal: I will save an additional $600 to build my emergency funds. I saved $350 in total, It was a bit ambitious to try and find an extra $100 a week! C Nxt challenge come at me!

  9. 2 gym sessions this week, starting to notice the results! 1 long run yesterday No alcohol or soft drinks! $50 saved!
  10. Under the pump again for the last week, 2 gym sessions, a tabata pump workout and a 2 runs. No soft drink, no alcohol saved an extra $100 from not smoking!
  11. very busy last week! Managed to do 2 HIIT sessions and 2 gym sessions But I had 1 soft drink saving isn't going the best but I have saved $200!
  12. after 3 weeks, I've maintained no sugary drinks! this week I went to the gym and did some cardio twice! maintaining the rage
  13. Fantastic spin session today, can hardly walk now!
  14. The past week has been on and off, between getting smashed at PT and pumped with assessment, it has been relentless! But, No soft drink or alcohol 2 sneaky runs a day at the snow and I've saved an extra $150!
  15. Week 2 so far, No soft drink, no alcohol. After an obstacle course on monday, I've done one gym session yesterday and can hardly move! Went for a swim for half an hour today.
