  5. Hello brothers. I'm here to report my challenge training plans. I'll try be direct. I hope to reach the following objective: Lose body fat and improve my overall stamina/strength. My routine will be based in bodyweigth workout with some running. Here is how i can reach my main objective. Do 3x per week my BW workout (based on push ups, planks, BW squats, BW dead lift) Run at least 3x per week. Lose 5 Kg of fat. Improve my english speaking/writing. Str +1, Sta +1 Sta +1, Con +1 Con +1, Cha +1 Wis +1 Advices and opinions are wellcome!
  6. Hello rebels. It's me again, xshifty, trying to improve my life a little. Well, i've lost 2Kg, and now, i'm trying planning my routines! I leave the gym... So boring... Poor instructors (always saying to me do abs). Well, i need a improvement on my whole body. I love bodyweight workout, i'll soon start running too. (smiles) Tomorrow, i plan to go to a park near my house (12-15km i guess), i plan to go on foot, and when i reach there, i don't really know what i'll do. Squats, maybe, push ups (i need to improve it one also). Well, i don't know how to plan something. I'm very happy, that a new challenge will start soon. I want to conclude one hundred pushups challenge (maybe half of it), want to be able to run, maybe, 30 min without spit out my lungs! Any advice? Please, if you can look at my new photo album, and comment something about my biotype. Thank you all!

  9. Day 2 - 05 / Jul / 2013 Another day... I'm bored, filling exausted! Today is gym day! I'd forget my shoes in home! Well... Let's log! 08h00 Breakfast 1: 2 cups of black coffee (with sugar this time... not a good idea i guess), 4 slices of corn bread. 12h30 Lunch: 7.0 oz of chicken breast, 2.46 oz of grated carrots, lettuce. 16h20 Meal 1: 1 Kiwi Fruit 18h00 Meal 2: 1 Chinese Chicken Chop Suey. 23h00 Meal 3: 1 Sweet potato, 2 boiled eggs Any reply are welcome.   10. Hello Nerds! I just read a recipe about homemade almond milk. And now i'm thinking about whey protein with almond milk. Is ok drink whey protein for a paleo follower? I mean, maybe a paleo whey? *laughs* []'s

What do i say about my current status. - Man, 25 yo, 6'3", 198 pounds, 25% body fat (most concentrated at belly). - Current working out 3 days per week (at gym). - Trying to be 100% paleo diet. - 08h00 Breakfast 1: 1 sweet potato, 1 banana, 1 red apple, 1 cup of coffee (without sugar) - 11h00 Breakfast 2: 1 red apple. - 13h00 Lunch: 3.5oz tenderloin steak, 3.5oz chicken breast, 3.5oz fish fillet (pintado), 2.5oz grated carrots, lettuce, olive oil - 16h15 Meal: 1 Kiwi fruit. - 17h30 Meal 2: 2.5oz of raw almond! (i know! that's much!) - 19h30 Meal 3: 1 Kiwi Fruit - 22h00 Meal 4: 2 Hard boiled chicken eggs -- Result: Carbs: 154.85 Proteins: 112,71 Kcal: 1513.95 -- Daily needs: Carbs: 213.79 Proteins: 154.53 Kcal: 1710.29

  15. Hello everyone! I'm newbie here, and recent got a question to do. But first, i need explain one of my objectives.Do pull ups! Right now, i can only do chin ups! Just 4-5, and 0 pull ups! Question 1: Training harder to improve my chin ups will power up my muscles for pull ups? Question 2: The major difference between chin ups and pull ups is the grip form right? But, talking in muscle groups, what is the major difference? From now on, i thank you all! []'s
