Friday 4th April Foam rolling - 10min Deadlift 40kg x 5 60kg x 3 70kg x 5 75kg x 3/3 80kg x 2/2 90kg x 4/4 Horrible migraine - i nearly didnt even go to the gym and only convinced myself after some tears and serious determination. Ended the night in tears again before crawling into a migraine coma! Pretty impressed i got this done.

Yeah thats helpful - i run into trouble because my waist is so small. The reason i couldnt get one through the inzer distributor here in Aus is because they didnt order any XS in colours
