Hello everyone. I have fought with my weight my entire life and it is time for a change. I have all the problems that come with being obese, high blood pressure, diabetes, no energy, and have trouble finding clothes that are not in a Hawaiian pattern (Sorry if you are from Hawaii). I am married to a wonderful beautiful woman who has a lot of the same issues I do. We have a two year old son that is my main reason for joining. I want to be around for him as long as I can and I don't want him to grow up to be like I am now. So wish me luck as my first step in a long journey starts today.
