  5. Hitting the gym today. First time back in weights in a while. Allons-y!

  6. I've been wrong lately about how much weight I've lost so far. Thought it was 35ish pounds. It's actually more than 40. (Weighed 201.5 yesterday.) XD

Lunch is chopped salad with mixed greens, celrey, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, orange bell pepper, 4 olives, and a can of tuna all dressed with garlic olive oil and a few splashes of red wine vinegar. Tuna without mayo is not that great but the balance of flavors makes this dish work for me.

      you can make mayo that is healthier and tastier than the stuff you buy at the store! also, i like to mush up 1/2 an avocado with a can of tuna and load it up with chopped up celery or pickles. : ] add a pinch of salt and/or a splash of lime juice, and you're in business!

  17. So today for a workout I worked on some Parkour stuff. Nothing big, just a couple vaults, wall climb, bar swings and the occasional roll. Was mainly goofing off. It has been a long while since i actually had fun while working out.

  22. Has anyone felt massive rage during the first few days of the Whole30 Challenge? I kinda wanna break everything.

      yes!! haha i was irrationally angry at the beginning too. it'll pass. there's also a timeline of the phases you can except while on the whole30, as well. it's on the whole9 website. : ]
