  1. A lot depend on what you want you want to achieve and your current weight.Yes,you can work out every day but you need to be far more careful about your diet.In addition to this there are more chances of injury.
  2. I think that you need to post some details about you in order to guide you better. Can you afford Gym? Time that you can spent in the Gym?
  3. The goal you mentioned above is too tough and It requires plenty of effort as well as time to attain this goal.It requires good check over diet ,proper exercise and most of all patience. I advice you to follow a paleo diet and also consider the option of using some Fat burner.
