  1. Thanks everyone for your help and advice, this is plenty to start from, cheers! -Mellow
  2. Hi guys I recently have come back from a chiropractor who educated me into how poor my posture is, I lock my knees, hips swings forward and my chest is slightly inward. So all these areas i'm working on by correcting myself in a way of a habit however he did say it would be beneficial to work on my back to even things out, mainly focussing on the Rhomboids. I did a bit of re-search and I have not had much luck, the only exercise that seems to be popping up are the batwings workouts. I wondered if anyone is currently or has worked out on their rhomboids and has any tips? Cheers -Mellow
  3. Thanks Katinka I will definitely give the white wine vinegar dressing a try!, What are your favourite meals to go with this dressing? And thanks redtomato, there are enough dressings there to keep me occupied for a long time, just what I was looking for! -Mellow
  4. I actually do part-time personal training around my work merely because I enjoy helping others, the key thing to look for in a personal trainer is that exact attribute "Enjoyment of helping others". When I have someone who wants to become fitter/lose weight/achieve goals I always tell them your first goal is to be able to not need me. The problem is most personal trainers do it full time and almost become corrupted because of this in the sense they will lead you to believe that you need them every week otherwise you will drop back to normal. What you need to look for is a personal trainer who BELIEVES IN YOU! I treat my clients like a driving instructor would, setting them up with a life skill. A majority of people I have met just need that motivation and guidance, once they have this then the possibilities are endless and there is no better feeling then achieving by your own self belief! So my advice is if you are interested in getting a personal trainer for technique/nutrition/motivation then go for it! Just make sure the trainer knows that you just want a foundation to grow from, once you have the foundation, understanding and motivation nothing will stop you! -Mellow
  5. Hello there! I'm new to the Paleo diet, I don't need to lose weight as such I just wanted a healthier lifestyle in regards to nutrition (I use to be a pizza a night guy). However! I'm enjoying my salads and eating copious amounts of broccoli but I'm now interested in dressings, I understand what sort of dressings the Paleo diet allows however I'm struggling with what tastes good! So anyone want to lend a hand at their own favourite salad dressings? Any good combo's or ideas? Also, I have been adding guacamole to my salads to make things more interesting however I'm unsure with measurements in the sense of what is too much or too little, so any help with that would be highly appreciated! Kind regards -Mellow
  6. One of my favourite quotes is in my signature, I live by it! â€Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.†Vince Lombardi -Mellow
  7. Dragonforce - Through the fire and the flames Come to think of it any songs of Dragonforce see me through a battle with weights or high intensity run! Another one of my favourites is Skrillex ft The Doors - Breakn' A Sweat (Zedd remix) -Mellow
