  1. The rape joke was fine, it was just a silly joke not to be taken seriously. Wait, I'm struggling to make any sense of you on your last point. How is putting two "experience" players together cementing any stereotype? It's not. I feel stupid even replying to you. Did you even watch the video or did you just read the article that that some idiot wrote purely to needlessly complain? The woman is not experienced at gaming at all, she was put there to be beaten so the producer could demonstrate a new feature of Xbox One. There is nothing wrong with that and it has nothing to do with her gender.

  3. Good on you for not doing girl push-up, they're as ridiculous as they sound. For speed if it's short distance bursts you could do the bleep test, or something similar. I could imagine just doing slow powerful jumps on the spot would increase jump height. Doing jump as quickly and as fast as you can would increase explosive power, so maybe a combination of both.   6. I'm 18 years old, 8.13 stone (114lb) and 5' 11". I've just started running, I'm very unfit, I can run just over half a mile non-stop. Could anyone give me an idea of how far I should be able to run or what I should aim for? Thank you.
  7. I think a lot of saddle-sore is just down to having an uncomfortable seat and possibly what kind of riding you're doing. I have a relatively soft one which is good for when I did trail riding because sometimes my seat might catch my bum if I do a drop or go over some tree roots.
