  4. Thanksgiving really threw me. I can now be thankful for a guilty concience YAY now im officially starting over

  6. failing epicly and today I BINGED LIKE A HUGE PIG but Im tring to move forward but I have lost 3lbs previous to the binge so Im pretty muchat square one again...oops

      It's great that your not giving up! Many of my overweight family members give up trying to lose weight because they keep failing. Trust me, it gets easier to say no to bad food, it'll feel like your taking three steps back and one step forward, but that one step is a GIANT one :-)

      +1 to what LO said! Also, don't forget, a one time binge is gonna bloat you, but it won't magically add those three pounds back. Get back on track today and it'll be a temporary speedbump in your road to health :)
