  1. I bought a pair of Bikala LS and they so comfortable, I'm not get calf pains when I run or anything, I get them in the morning usually. I run around 3.5-4.5k in them every other day and it seems to be working. But I am going to be using them in the gym in a few weeks and I'll be on a treadmill, so I will see how that goes too. Yeah I plan to keep that distance for the next week or so and I mgiht try a 6-7k run next week, but it most of it won't be concrete, so that should be okay.
  2. Yeah I know it's horrible, but I'm used to it now! Yeah it's going better, running has got better I seem faster, I haven't really done distance, more just speed. I run 4.5k in about 20 mins now. How is it going for you?

Nope, I've always had it ever since I was a kid, I'm just a really restless sleeper and it takes me forever to fall asleep, I have to be physically knackered, like the last time I remember I fell asleep quickly was in like April, when I went to the gym for an hour, ran 9k and then played football for 3 hours and I literally collapsed in bed and it was probably the best sleep I had in a while...

  6. I've been trying to get up at 630 to run, but I am always so knackered when I wake up. But I am going to bed early, but I can never get to sleep until late But I'm gonna do it now becuase I need to get used to my vibrams.

  10. Yeah I am going to give that blog a look! Thanks, I did my first run today in them and it was actually quite good, It didn't have too much pain really, although my left arch did hurt a tad.
  11. I am really interested in trying out Yoga, but I literally have no clue where to start! Can someone tell me basic moves, how often to do it. Basically everything I need to know. Please and thank you.
  12. Yeah I know, the pedometer I use is very inefficient I think because it's my phone, but the other method I use uses google maps, so I think that is the most accurate so I'm sticking with it! I only use my pedometer so it adds to MyFitnessPal.
  13. I just came back from one just now. It was okay, I ran 4k in just under half an hour, but I think m pedometer is wrong because I just used this website that uses google maps and you draw the run which said it was just over 5k. So I ran between 4k and 5k in 28 mins. I also forgot to eat or drink anything before I went for the run so I felt a little light headed at one stage and had to walk for a couple of mins.
  14. Well from what I have read over the past few days, everyone seems to absolutely love them, there are no bad reviews of them really.
  15. Umm.. They're going okay, I still haven't been able to run, although it has finally healed now. So today I shall begin running again. Yeáh true I can practice I definitely didn't think of that!

  19. Yeah I usually venture into Cologne during the weekend, but I can't really afford to go places much. And where I live there is basically nothing :/

  22. That's how my mum usually serves it, but I really don't like rice much, so I just have it on top of a salad. I've never had iton a hot dog, I guess that's an American/Canadian thing.
