Agreed. Add to the list: wearing shoes.
-
SHOES SUCK. And also walking on concrete surfaces. Ugh.
-
Concrete isn't bad, if it's not too hot (I got blisters once 'cos the concrete was verrrry hot). But walking on grass is like Feet Heaven.

Her hearts. God I love her hats. Especially the red hat with blue suit dress *swoon* Smooth Criminal.

My life needs a good dose of minimalism to assist the big move - any suggestions for resources?

I found two that you might find interesting of the first two pages of Google results:
1. http://nopcode.org/mp3/TALLER/minimalist_guide.pdf
2. http://www.minimalstudent.com/zen-and-the-art-of-minimalism-part-1-zen-philosophy/

Trying get rid of more stuff too.

Here are a few that I've found helpful:
- 'Quick start guide for Project 333' This is aimed more towards clothing, but the idea can be applied to other things. http://bemorewithless.com/quick-start-guides-for-project-333/ and http://theproject333.com/getting-started/
- 'How to Live in the Land of Enough – Space' This is good for just about anything in your home.
