  2. I can have eggs inside things but not by themselves very often. Thanks for the spice advice! I would eat leftovers for breakfast but I'm the kind of person who feels a bit sick at breakfast and I can't have anything like rich or heavy It sounds like I should add some more fats into my meals Thanks guys this has been awesome!
  3. Hey i just an operation two weeks ago in my abdominal region, and when I asked my doctor about when i can get back into my lifting, she said just whenever you feel your body is ready....however! on my instructions it says not to lift anything heavy for four weeks Do i start just lifting really light weights, then get heavier progressively? Anyone else had this problem? I dont want to do any damage but not doing exercise makes me feel ugh !

  5. Hey I'm a newbie! Been lifting for just over a week now and on the Paleo diet but I am quite often very hungry! Just bought some protein powder to fill up my smoothies with-I make them with fruit and almond or soy milk when I'm in a rush but I usually get very hungry around snack times...is this normal??

  7. Hi everybody! Thought I should introduce myself My name is Annie and I am a university student studying biology. I live in New Zealand in Cambridge! I have been following steve's articles for a while but learning about Staci/spazzy has inspired me to join the gym with my boyfriend and lift! I'm pretty excited now but can tell it won't be easy! I hope to become a Warrior, and just started Paleo tonight with a homemade chicken madras (without the rice) and veggies, yum! Also been making homemade juice with carrots, beetroot, celery, apples, oranges etc. Any tips about how to use the forum or which ones to sign up for, food, lifting, anything would be much appreciated
