  1. Congrats! That is definitely a win for the challenge!
  2. Hi everyone!! Sorry I have been MIA... crazy life events going on! Got a new job and have been in the process of packing and moving! Here are my end of challenge results: Challenge 1: Endurance check: A! Completed it 4 times per week every week. Longest distance run: 9.73 in 1 hour and 29 min! +4 STA Challenge 2: Epic cuisine: B! Some weeks I did really awesome and others I got caught up in busyness +3 CON Challenge 3: Poké Zen: A! Managed to find time to do either Yoga or meditate for at least 20 minutes, 4 times per week +2 WIS Life quest: Linguist skills: C: I tried to do this one, but life kinda happened and it had to take a back seat. I hoping to do better on the next life challenge! +1 CHA Fitness quest: Level up muscles: A: Managed to do the ABWW and kettle bells each week 3 times per week! +3 STR I learned quite a bit from this challenge and I think for the next one I am going to try and focus on the running and strength training. Going to look at picking a slightly simpler and less time consuming life quest. Thanks again for all the support!

  5. I am still alive!! I promise! I have been super busy with moving and getting a new job! The running has still been going well and the ABWW has been going well. The cuisine and meditation have been going well too!! The only one that has struggled was the language one!
  6. Hey group! I promise I am still here! Just had some crazy past couple of days, but I am still going strong! As for my woot of the week, I finally got a new job! Yay!
  7. Howdy group!! Sorry I was MIA over the weekend, but I do have a PB that I got on saturday! Went out for a run and in 1 hour and 20 min I ran 8.3 miles!! Woot! Hope everyone else is doing well!!
  8. o.0... I totally would... if there were not MB to GB of recipes But I am totally willing to help anyone out (aka... I need a chicken recipe.. BAM here is twenty of them!)
  9. My most difficult one has been my life quest. Having trouble making 30 min of practicing a language a priority during the week at least 4 times.
  10. I did whole30 back in August and I spent a bit more on things, but I didn't think it was too terrible. I also went with the grain fed beef; however, I grew up eating mostly chicken, pork, etc. rather than beef so I wasn't too upset about not having beef all the time. If anyone is looking for cheap Paleo recipes/ideas, let me know!! I have a bunch of recipes (with varying degrees of ingredients) that I am more than willing to share.
  11. So I have made the decision to stick with my current challenge and work on the brigade routine in the next challenge . Going to also focus more on healthy eating again in the next challenge (since this is one I think I struggle with most!) Thank you again for all your advice and support!! .... and now for the mid-week update: Endurance: 2/4 (planned runs tomorrow and saturday!) Cuisine: 2/4 (more cooking tonight!!) Zen: 1/4 (planning on this for tonight, thursday, and friday) Language: Still going to try this one for 4 times a week, but I am going to try for 30 minutes rather than an hour ABWW: 0/3 (plan on this for tonight, friday, and sunday)
  12. So far it has been quite a bit of reading, but I like what they have to say! It is nice to have a smaller support group (much like this one) who can keep you accountable. A good majority of the program is self-driven, but when you have people to help you through it, it makes it easier. I will keep you posted when I get further into it!
  13. I was thinking of alternating too. I haven't tried the Brigade one yet, but it appears to be about the same or a little easier at the moment (may get more difficult in later weeks). Both look fun to me (I have a secret obsession with strength training circuits).
  14. Hey group! Looking for some perspective: Trying to decide if I stick with ABWW for the rest of this challenge or just do the bodyweight brigade through NFA? Thoughts? Both are strength training circuits and I don't want to injury myself by doing too much. Thanks in advance!
  15. Awesome!!! Keep it up you super rockstar you!!

  17. minx34!!! Finally made those cookies! They were a bit cakey... but totally worth it! It would probably be better if I had a mixer as I only had myself to do the mixing
  18. Awesome!! Keep it up and remember that who gives a rat's ass about what people think... be your own rockstar!! And stay epic!
  19. So I didn't get around to these this weekend, but I am planning on making them tonight!! I will let you know
  20. You have the recipes? Willing to share?
