  1. Okay, okay that title was just to get your attention. I'm going to college this fall (you can probably tell that from my username) and I'm living with five girls whom I've never met before. I'm pouring all my money into school and, basically, um, surviving. In high school I wasn't in that great shape, and now that I'm getting older and making this transition into the "real world" I want to set healthy habits early on. The only thing is I literally have no idea what I'm doing. Everyone in my house currently eats terribly (I buy my own groceries, but I always forget to go shopping bleh) but now that I'm on my own I can finally feel in control of my life! Back on topic....I pretty much have no money to buy like fitness equipment (maybe a jumprope? haha I don't know). I have some money to spend on groceries, but I have to be frugal. Also I'm living with roommates and I'm terrified of being judged for trying to be healthy (I know that sounds dumb but my anxiety gets me thinking like that lol). I've never been to college before so I'm sure I will have to learn time management. I'm making up excuses, I know, but I literally have no idea how to be healthier on a budget with all these life-changing things happening in my life. It's a lot to handle, but I just cannot look at myself in the mirror without feeling like I could do better. IF anyone in this forum has some tips, tricks, or even advice or inspiration to lend me...I would GREATLY appreciate it and I send you unlimited virtual hugs!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
