Hey MirGSS, Things are going pretty good so far. Thanks for asking! Ive been sticking to my work out pretty well i work out almost everyday. The one im having trouble with is the swimming, the days its on it just doesnt match up with my work schedule. I work shift work so its all over the place. My work outs cover pretty much everything, weight lifting, body weight, and a bit of cardio. I work every part of me in every workout i do and try to increase the intensity to challenge myself. And on days im not working i try to get to a MMA session with the rest of the team. Ive also been asked to be a assistant gymnastics coach so i will be starting that and adding that to my list of activities and exercises.
