  1. Hey MirGSS, Things are going pretty good so far. Thanks for asking! Ive been sticking to my work out pretty well i work out almost everyday. The one im having trouble with is the swimming, the days its on it just doesnt match up with my work schedule. I work shift work so its all over the place. My work outs cover pretty much everything, weight lifting, body weight, and a bit of cardio. I work every part of me in every workout i do and try to increase the intensity to challenge myself. And on days im not working i try to get to a MMA session with the rest of the team. Ive also been asked to be a assistant gymnastics coach so i will be starting that and adding that to my list of activities and exercises.
  2. Hello Everyone, My name is Tyler. I am new to NF and this is my first Challenge. My Main Quest My main quest is to get more toned and lose the rest of my belly fat. I really want to be in the best shape I can be. My Three Missions #1 Workout 4 days a week #2 Swim between 1-3 days a week depending what days the pool is open #3 Run 3 days a week My Life Quest My Life Quest is to go Skydiving within the next 6 weeks My Diet Quest My Diet Quest is to stick to the Paleo Diet After I get toned I hope to join the assassins and begin that journey
