  1. YAY! thanks.. now hopefully I find out today how much its going to cost to fix my car so i'll know if I can afford the academy this time around, I sure hope I can!
  2. Hi! I'm hoping someone sees this before it is too late to register but I had a question about the academy. After the course is over do we still have access to all the information or would we need to print things out? This might be a stupid question but I want to make sure i'll continue to have access to all the recipes/information/exercises after the 6 weeks. Thanks!
  3. well this week did not go according to plan, I was a hormonal, cereal devouring, exhausted crazy lady. I did half my workouts, half my yoga and ate too much crap somehow though I am down a half inch around my belly since the start of the challenge even though I gained back the pound I lost. So i'm back to normal this week and hoping for a bigger loss!
  4. major oopsie in the food department yesterday.. no excuses.. I just went crazy with cravings and gave into them all. Back on track today and hopefully I won't have messed up the whole week's loss. Either way just gotta keep moving!
  5. Well the weekend went well but not perfectly! I worked Saturday so I planned to do my 5th workout of the week on sunday..except I had a terribly upset stomach so I didn't. I got a B for workouts for the week. I missed one of 7 yoga sessions (i'll grade that as a percentage at the end of the challenge) but I did well with calories and limited snacking to 930 pm all week! All in all I did very well!
  6. I hate when things like that happen, not making progress makes it SO hard to keep going. GREAT JOB on keeping to your goals even though you wanted to quit!
  7. another great day yesterday! Although I did munch on some chips which means I'm really close on my weekly calorie allowance and therefore need to be very on point today. I have my food planned out, I just can't munch on anything extra! I seem to be down 1.2 pounds for the week. It might be a smidge more due to the salt of the chips yesterday but either way that is a good start. Hoping for more next week!
  8. great idea! I'll have to go back on the website and see what they DO require. I could think about who to ask for letters of recommendation as well!
  9. another kick ass day! I did both my lifting workout and my HIIT workout even though I REALLY didn't feel like it. I wasn't quite ready for that level of HIIT but I kept up the best I could and followed the girl showing modifications when I had to. Hopefully by the time this challenge is over I'll be able to do the whole thing without modifying! My eating was good, had my last snack at 9:10. I already did my extended Yoga workout this morning, 35 minutes so I'm done for the day workout wise. I do need to come up with a new life goal, I no longer need to study for the GRE because I decided on a different course of study that doesn't require it!
  10. love your goals! I also love Daryl and find Halloween very motivating
  11. another kick ass day, did turbofire 30 which is basically a kickboxing workout. It's only 30 minutes but it is a killer 30 minutes! When I can get through that without feeling like i'm going to die then i'll move on to longer ones. I aced all my other goals as well!
  12. Yesterday went perfectly, did everything I had planned. I did 15 minutes of yoga in the morning "get up and go" session. I lifted (squat, pushups, dumbbell rows and overhead press) I ate in my range. I had my last snack at 845. I studied vocab for the GRE at work. A for all goals!
  13. I've also decided to take more measurements than just my belly. I'm going to measure tomorrow morning and not check them til the end of the challenge, hopefully i'll have some surprisingly awesome results!
