Main Quest:
This being my first challenge, I'm going to keep it simple. I've recently started CrossFit, and its showing me how brutally out if shape I am. So far, I haven't been able to do a WOD without stopping, for fear of passing out. So, that's my goal:
To be able to sustain an intense metabolic workout without wanting to throw up or pass out.

Goals:
Taking a systems approach.
1.a Hit the gym a minimum of 2X a week for the next 3 weeks.
1.b No less than 3X a week after that.
2. Get 8 hours of quality sleep a night.
3. Keep a food log to help me stay focused on eating clean.
