  1. Ran tomorrows run today after bikram yoga. the schedule gets shifted around a bit but as long as i get the runs in i'm fine with that. only a 13k for the weekend.
  2. allergic to PB could be blessing in disguise for me, but i'm not. haven't had it since the weekend so all good 2nd run of the week done, on schedule, and it was easy running today, some days just feel great. 2moz yoga and a run after that. study: not yet opened my books
  3. great to read you're not making my mistake, never finishing the writing (and in this country thus not graduating). and wtg on a being a fitter you!
  4. fellow yoga lover and runner, your goals are diffeent be we share some common ground :-)
  5. love your soundtrack. we have some common ground in our (sub)goals, running, yoga. we can all do this, when motivation is low it comes down to dedication. and some ppl here kicking our asses.
  6. this above being said, today's run will happen tomorrow.
  7. main goal: it's a sort of longish term goal, run the Big Red Run next year summer. sub goals: 1 - follow the marathon schedule in RK as planned as close as possible. i'd like to say 100% but that's not gonna happen as life does get in the way sometimes. 2 - go to bikram yoga at least once a week, if possible twice. it's great for injury prevention. 3 - no scoping PB straight from the jar or on toast, only when it's in a recipe i can use it. the PB one is the hardest one for me, afraid i'm addicted to that stuff. but i can sure loose some fat so that will be a nice bonus to those goals, it's not a goal in itself at all. life goal: study for actuarial exam RE7, exam end of october. ================================================== wishing all nerds a great 1st challenge!!!
