  1. Thanks for the feedback. I will go a bit easy with the amount of time I am in the gym, focusing on lighter weights and longer time on aerobics to burn calories. Keeping the count to under 2,000 is tough. I may eat more if I am burning many more calories each day.
  2. I am a man with a big heart and a soft body. In order to adventure properly in the world, I need a stronger frame and an eye on the horizon. I am: 6'1" inch in height 189 pounds 37†waist 42†abdomen 40†chest 13†bicep BMI (Aria scale) = 18.4% As a theater teacher (I suppose I’m a bard), I have the next three weeks off. I will invest this time into pursuing my goals, and continue with good habits through this challenge and in future ones as well.
