  1. Same. Still falling in every direction. But I know this will be a long process so that's okay Sometimes I think "this one will be it!" and I end up flat on the ground haha

  7. 8/1 - Day 4 I didn't workout at all yesterday. I ate a half slab of ribs. Drank some skittle drinks. Actually, I played some darts. Does that count as being active? No regrets though. Had a lovely date night with my boyfriend that ended at the bar to watch Thursday night karaoke (a personal favorite of mine). This weekend will most likely include some kick boxing, food shopping & lots of yoga. So cheers for now

  10. Green tea hint! I don't know about you, but I really enjoy Stash's green tea (usually about 4-5 bucks and change for the 20 count box). LOOK ON AMAZON! I ordered a 100 count box on amazon for 10-11$. Pretty clutch!
  11. 7/31 - Day 3 I ate good at work, but dinner was slightly unhealthy. I went outside and practiced handstand hops until I physically couldn't anymore (and then again later on in the afternoon). I didn't eat horribly, but I really need to go food shopping this weekend so all that is available to me is healthy food.. I was still sore from Monday and Tuesdays ass-kicking workouts, so I did some light yoga to stretch out. Then just as I was getting comfy in bed my mom wanted to go on a walk with our dog, so I put some shoes on and went! Today I am feeling much better, and can't wait for 5 so I can get away from this desk and get right back on my mat
