So I've been doing good, but I've had to modify my workout schedule a bit. I ended up hurting my knee, again. I'm in the process of trying to figure out exactly what the problem is... So running is out and I've been doing modified strength & yoga training. -

Ok 2 day was conquered! Day 3 was smashed.. Day 4 was a bit eh... Kinda fell back into old patterns. Had a bad day at work so I came home but I didn't start eating or watching TV... Instead I played with the fur babies. So I met my food & water goals, played with my dogs but I didn't workout. Instead I ended up going to bed early for a night of restless sleep. Here it is day 5 and it's Friday... I'm more optimistic that today will be great! Happy Friday everyone!!! -

Whoo! Day one challenge complete! Yesterday I made it to a VERY intensive 75 yoga flow class (my arms are feeling it today) and I drank 1/2 my weight in water... It was TOUGH but I did it... Then dinner was amazballs... I made grilled fish, asparagus & tomatoes from the garden! Whoop! Whoop! Day 2... You're next -

So I'm new to NF & as you can guess this is my 1st challenge... I've read & re-read the rules several times... Fingers crossed it all soaked in. I'm not a gamer so I'm not familiar with a lot of the stuff but everyone seems super helpful & there have been some great posts... Ok on to the mission at hand... Main Quest: Get into bikini shape for my 10 year anniversary to hawaii. Goals: •workout consistently: - run 3 days a week - yoga 3 days a week - strength training 2 days a week • Eat healthy home cooked meals with focus on more veggies and protein • Drink more water Motivation: Feel confident & sexy Life Quest: To work with my fur baby on his advanced clicker training 3 times a week Stats: Height: 5' 2" Weight: 122 Body fat %: 23
