  1. I signed up the first day of this quest! I did! But I realized if I didn't post and kept lurking, I probably would just slowly drift off. Main Quest: Every day either . . . Complete 1 half-hour mission of "Zombies, run!" OR Do a high intensity interval training session with dumbells (tabata-style videos I found on youtube that are rough). Life Quest: Meditate once a day, even just for a few minutes. I have two zombie runs that I want to do in the next few months, so I'd like to prepare for them. Instead of my usual, "that's next week? So I should run . . . a lot . .? in the next week? to prepare? is it too late?" I lost a decent bit of weight in the last six months (maybe 10 lbs?) But I'd really like to get down to 180. That's about 4 lbs for me . . . Which I think maybe doable in 6 weeks? I have difficulty maintaining motivation after signing up for things, I don't want to be the 90% drop out!
