  1. AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I am soooooooooooo late again But better late than never. I can't keep up this spring. But I did finish my challenge!!!!!!!! Yippee and have actually been doing great in this off week. Do we start again on Sunday? I will figure it out before then I am sure. I will say I did great on my goals this week. 1. Veggie snacks only and mistakes are okay but you will pay. A+ this seems to help me a lot with limiting my snacks, I really hate burpies, but am getting better. 2. Something new weekly: B I only tried a few new things, but I found hooping which I did for the last 3 weeks. So I didn't try a whole lot but did find an interest. 3. Go to the grociery store and prepare for the week to come. A- had a few lazy trips, but for the most part I did well with this. Side quest: 400 posts. F not even close. I but I didn't spend much time on the computer either I was outside enjoying the sunshine So I am okay with not meeting this goal Anyway I am ready for the next challenge and looking forward to following everyone again!!!
  2. Wow do days go by fast. Okay so a quick post saying I am here, alive and doing great. I can hoop with my cheap to small Walmart hoop for almost a minute. Apfel thanks for all the info and great links. I will make a hoop soon. As for the next little while I am doing okay. Don't know if hoping works this way, but I am hoping of you get decent on crappy equipment when you get good equipment it doesn't take long to be really good. Anyway, I am enjoying my Self and love the quick progress I making. I am falling asleep while typing so I will add, more tomorrow. Goodnight all Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  3. I don't know anything about go odds do I hot one at Walmart for $5. I guess if anyone has advise on if this is a horrible choice in hoops let me know. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  4. Quitting after 3 weeks sounds familiar. The 6 week challenges have helped me tremendously with that, although I have dropped out of one at 3 weeks, I have completed 4. Small changes are easiest to keep. One of my current goals is to just get my veggies cut do they are easier to grab as a snack. Also if you like running, I just downloaded Zombies run its kind of fun. Fitnessblender.com has some great workouts to do at home. And my biggest recommendation is the 6 week challenges with a gray accountabilibuddy group Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  5. It is hard to eat better and be active without support. Will power is a tough one. but if you are slightly competitive, this is a great place to be. There is always a challenge to join and great accountsbilibuddy groups which have increased NY will power significantly Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  6. Good luck with all your applications and with keeping your head on while being so busy. Hour things quiet down soon! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  7. Glad it missed your house. Hail here yesterday added to my to do list. Luckily mostly cleanup and no thing really broken Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  8. Excellent work! There is a half hour version of insanity out now. That could be your next workout challenge. Excellent job with finishing the shred and what a cool idea to go back to week one and revel in your progress. Keep kicking butt! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  9. Excellent work slaying the sugar monster. and many applause for the smaller shirt size! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  10. I'm really glad you found a few minutes. I an really excited for you. Not the moving part itself, that sucks, but yes for all the extra heavy lifting involved BONUS WORKOUT!! (looking for a positive side) Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  11. Awesome job finding time with a brand new baby! Congrats on both fronts! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks ash and Lilith. Maybe a should have a beginner hooping PVP challenge like most improved or longest time around the waist Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk
  13. I love it when my workouts coincide with play. Excellent work, With the house stuff, I really wish the weekly maintenance stuff (grass and weeds) would stop. Don't they know we are busy.
  14. I have not yet been eaten by ZOMBIES! and I am really enjoying this app. Who knew. Anyway I have been successful in getting outside and getting some exercise. I have also tried hula hooping, I added it in to the circuit work I was doing one morning and by my 3rd 2 minute round, I averaged 15 seconds of hooping??? before it would drop, once as long as 26 seconds!!!. So goals. No Snacking B I have been a little lazy with Burpies and not done any this week. I had a terrible tuesday so owe almost 80. Will round this up to 100 for procrastinating. Try Something new. A+ yea! for spring and being outside again!! Veggies Prepare!! A when I make myself do it this one is really nice. It is so much easier to grab a few florets of broccoli when it is pre-cut. Off and running for week 6. I have a lot of posting to do to meet my side quest.
  15. Hey Guys, Hope you all had a great week 5. Spring is making it really tough to come in and update, but I am working on it now. I hope everyone jumps back in and updates so we can finish week 6 BRIGADE STYLE!!!!
