  1. Day 1 -Food- I had chips and a sandwich at lunch because I forgot my lunch at home. Exercise- I did 3 miles on the tread, 3 sets of 10 arm reps, 30 situps. Day 2 - Food- Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: 6 wheat thins, 1 slice of cheese, 3 slices of salami Snack: 100 Calorie cheddar cheese crackers, jerky Jack Pack Dinner: Raspberry vinaigrette dressing (lo cal) and grilled chicken Exercise- 4 mi tread & 1.5 mi jog with the dogs
  2. I'm on this site thanks to my buddy Coemeister who is helping me be motivated. A year ago this time my health was at its prime. At my biggest, I was 250 and at my smallest last year I was 160. I was running 3 miles on my treadmill and did another 2 jogging with my dog. My grandpa passed away this year and I had some relationship problems. I ate away my feelings. I'm now happily married and have my emotions in check. I'm ready to do this! Stats Weight: 183.6 Height: 5'5" Age: 29 DIET: *Avoid my trigger foods (ice cream & pizza) *Log all of my food and stay under 1200 calories *Cut out processed foods FITNESS: *Run a 5k in under 25 minutes *Be able to do 30 pull ups without a problem *Work on abs and do 60 sit ups in a sitting LEVEL UP YOUR LIFE: *Finish my master's thesis and degree (2 classes left) *Stop fretting 30 *Find a career I enjoy I'm ready!
