  9. As a fellow engineer I would welcome you to the rebellion and ask what your current diet is? Diet is about 80% of your weight loss. My next question would be what exercises are you trying?

  11. Parents can be difficult sometimes. They want the best for you but sometimes that can feel like a criticism. They want to make sure that if your latest venture doesn't workout that you want have your expectations dashed. Just remember that they are trying to care for you in there own way and thank them for the comment but that you want to try this new thing and see if it will work. If the comments become more agressive they are proably more concerned with what the new you will be like as they have gotten comfterable with the old you.
  12. Dam you beat me to posting this! Looks like a great movie.

Life: Spent most of the day doing coursework but could have done some of the DIY but it slipped my mind. Sun Diet: Good but really cant eat late as I don’t sleep well after it. Fitness: Whoops! Completely slipped my mind. Life: Spent the day playing games and doing coursework so I could have done some DIY but didn’t.
  14. Thu Diet: Still doing well. Breakfast is a Protien shake (only thing my Fiancee will have in the morning), Lunch is some beef mince and vegetables with sweet potato, Dinner was sweet potato and Quorn. Fitness: 7 slow reps of press squats at +15kg. I think I miscounted the first time I did this as I could only do 4 presses before I failed but continued with the squats. 15. Report it! There is no excuse for that type of behaviour.
  16. SpongeBob hit it on the nose. Push ups can be made more difficult by doing decline pushups (steve has videos), Squats by holding a bag above your head (or milk jug filled with sand). Thoes are the only 2 I can think at the moment but if you post an exercise you are not progressing in I'm sure someone around here can find a way to make it harder for you .
  17. Wed Diet: Keeping to it. Fitness: Did not exercise in the morning but did 2 min skip 30 sec rest for 15 min when I got home. Can’t do a full 2 min without screwing it up yet but I will get better. Life: Started removing tiles from the walls in the old kitchin.
