  1. Still goin' strong. Got my first week under my belt. Continuing with the "Shaolin Workout" everyday and decided to throw in a dumbbell workout and a lower body and core body weight circuit. I'm planning to start practicing the butterfly kick at the half way point of the challenge, that way I won't be so sore after attempting it.
  2. Finished my first week yesterday. Feeling good about the challenge so far. I've stuck with the "Shaolin Workout" and have also started a dumbbel workout to do twice a week along with a lower body and core bodyweight circuit. Still cutting back on the calories and sodas, considering trying out intermittent fasting.
  3. Thanks! It's been good so far. Cut back on calorie intake and sodas and I'm going through my plans with a fine-toothed comb.
  4. Hello all! My name is Jaeger Meister! I've decided to jump into this challenge one day late! Without further ado: Main Quest Become a Tracuer! The three big steps -Limit temptation to eat bad food -Complete and intermediate workout with good form -Successfully execute a butterfly kick Le side quests Life - Keep up with school work (when college starts) Fitness - Complete the "Shaolin Workout" My Motivation It's about time I got off my @$$ and did something. Everyday I think about how awesome it would be to do flips and tricks and the like. If I just do the work then I'll be able to do any flip or trick that I want! Another big reason is to trim up my body. I'm slim but I'm a little doughy. I'm quite sure this challenge will harden my body quite nicely.   5. I believe I've already signed up for it haha. I'm still new and a little confused as to how the stats work, I guess everyone starts at level 1 with zero stats? And btw I live in the middle of nowhere. There's always something to parkour with. Just use your imagination! And yes, Attack on Titan is very much awesome haha. As always my gear is in peak condition for when the titans come!
  6. July 30, 2013 Started cutting back on calorie intake and sodas. Starting the "Shaolin Workout" today. I've started it before but never stuck with it. Starting with the basic stretches and work towards advance stretches and exercises.
  7. Hi everyone. I'm Jaeger Meister, a hopeful traceur! I'm 6'2", 200lbs with an average body type. I'm pretty agile for a big guy but I'm really looking forward to shedding some fat and building some lean muscle. I've had some problems with motivation lately. I'll start a diet and workout routine. After a few days I'll stop and return to normal. I've already decided on the Assassins and I'm gonna work hard to become a traceur.
