  1. Hello! My name's Bryan and I'm a sophomore at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and I'm running the Buddy's BBQ Race Against Cancer on Sunday the 10th. It's a 5k and I've been working hard this semester to lose weight and train. It's safe to say that this forum and Steve's posts have really motivated me to do well. Buddy's BBQ has been doing this race for 20 years and the proceeds go to the Thompson Cancer Survival Center in Knoxville.Anyways, they could use donations in whatever way possible so I'm asking that, if you can, please help raise money for this race. Even the smallest amount of money makes a difference and I sure would appreciate it! Because you all are awesome Here's the link to donate if you would like to: http://www.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=1069586&supId=393876919&extSiteType=1 and just click "Give Now'. Thanks so much! Bryan Eldreth

    Yurbuds

Yurbuds are my favorite. I've bought two pairs for myself, and several more as gifts. They really lock into your ear for a comfy, secure fit. And they put the sound right in your ear canal, so the audio is amazing. I got the ironman series, but now they make several varieties.
  3. I use the yurbuds ironman series and they're a miracle to me. The sound feels like you're at a concert and they lock into your ear canals, comfortably. They make ones for females and my girlfriend is in love with those too. In cool colors as well!
  4. Ok, that makes sense. I just need to start looking more at the ingredient lists on stuff. Fruit juices would be good! Thanks
  5. Hello! I was wondering if on the paleo diet, are the MiO and drink mixes like that allowed? It doesn't have any sugar in the facts and even advertises some vitamins. Here's my favorite: Thanks!
  6. Going into sophomore year. Go vols!
  7. Ok, so I just started the need fitness challenge (the one with 20 hand-in-front squats and 20 lunges) and my anterior thigh is starting to be pretty sore. I'm pretty sure I'm using the right technique. Anyone have ideas on stretches to help that area? Thanks! Bryan
