  1. ok...time for wrap-up : ) week #1 was pretty miserable logging 1/1.5hrs most days except one day when I logged 4hrs. week#2 and week#3 was pretty consistent with 3/4 hrs of work per day (except when I had to go out, logged 2hrs on such days) I raised the goal to 4hrs from week#4 as 3hrs seemed too easy. week #4 and week #5 was pretty consistently 4/5hrs per day and 2hrs on days I had to go out. week #6 has been sloppy again as I had to visit my boyfriend's house, and not much work done. so overall, 2 weeks sloppy and 4 weeks good... around 66.67% well.. to wrap up, I only hope that I keep up the work habits I had developed through this 6 week challenge and God willing, keep logging good hours ahead as well. It has been a great experience with all the support and I am really grateful for it all. The accountability has really helped in seeing me throught the days I didn't feel like working...thank you so much ! : D

  4. work done - 9aug - 4+ hrs 10aug - 1+ hrs..went out...deer animation got approved! YAY!! workflowy update https://workflowy.co...1-795c24d3a0f8/ note - after being frustrated with things for a while I finally succumbed to the urge to write down my feelings. I tried for gratitude, but it seemed kind of fake as I wasnt feeling much grateful at all. Then I let the pen go wild and filled the pages with all the curses and frustrations and disappointments I could think of, often close to tears as I wrote ( I hope no one ever reads them ; ). Then as I grew tired of writing about how bad things are ( in fact at some parts during writing as well ), it started dawning on me how good things are too. And on its own the words changed to gratitude and pages got filled with blessings and miracles and by the time I was through, I felt reborn with new hope and inspiration. And it occured to me , how about trying it out everyday ? So, God willing , I am hoping to spend some time every evening journalling on, first, the things that brought out my negativities that day, if any, and then, letting it turn to gratitude, for all the goodness I got blessed with all day. I have tried keeping gratitude journals for long and they don't seem to affect my state of mind much, other than an immediate boost of feel-good that doesnt last much long. So lets see if this new endeavour helps me cope with my negativities better, God willing .
  5. one more week to finish the 6 week challenge.. but even though I did stay consistent with my goals most of the times..I still feel kind of dissatisfied..maybe because,even though I put in the hours, I didn't get as much work done as I would've liked... with all the corrections and re-dos. well .. despite the frustrations, I still have to keep pushing on... hoping this week will, God willing, be more productive with respect to quality as well..not just in terms of the quantity of hours logged : )) and also hoping may God help us all to work hard this last week and finish strong.amen.

  10. wow! you are going so great.. makes me want to start an exercise challenge of my own : ) but I already have quite a lot on plate, so I am trying hard to not take up too many things apart from the immediate urgent priorities... but I sure hope that once I settle down a bit, God willing, I'll try out something fun and challenging with workouts too : )

  12. havn't been logging for severel days..blame the crappy internet : ( anyways... work done -> 25aug - 2hrs 26aug - 4hrs 27aug - no work..first time yet! but mostly because my current assignment was done and I had nothing else to do. so I spent the time on the little hobby I've been trying to find time for..to publish an illustrated ebook on kindle : ) 28aug - 4hrs 29aug - 2hrs .. festival at home 30aug - 4hrs so..thanks to God ... it's been a good working week after all : )

It's sunday again...4th week..phew! work has been good by the grace and mercy of God. as for evaluation, I'll just have to keep trying to stay motivated and not give in to the distractions and temptations of quick fix of boredom through internet... and God willing, I hope next week will be even better..
