  1. Odd but cool that they fit better now. Are you going to post a favorite photo from the hike?
  2. How will you do better next week? Do you need to re-evaluate your goals?
  3. I have noticed that spaghetti squash seems to have a better taste than pasta, although I have difficulty eating it plain.
  4. Put them in the sheet if you did them before the end of Friday.
  5. If there are standards tests, it is easier to take them with the information fresh and might look good on a resume/application. For Master Electrician I have been told it just tests one's ability to use the book, and that the Tom Henry version makes that easier.
  6. Just watch for the mission 3 update, and update on your side's column for the spreadsheet page for that week. Hey now, the rubble was on the side of the villains.
  7. 9 miles is nothing to scoff at, but out of curiosity, what kind of slope/terrain?
  8. I like stories, and this one . . . will there be things exploding? I want to read more! The mark of a good writer - interesting readers to follow the words deeper into the rabbit hole.
  9. I have been given varying information on following up, but I think it is consistent that if they give a "we will let you know by . . ." that starting the next day follow-up is allowed and/or expected.
  10. Any. I drop like a rock for negative chin-ups, slightly less so with some attempts but not by anything noticeable. Sometimes a few second hold at the top, but nothing of the kind between it and the bottom.
  11. I read it and my first thought was why getting into congress and becoming president were on the list of failures. I could come up with reasons, especially for the latter, but thought it was odd for the list.   12. Just how the set is configured. Twas merely my half-way-down standard push-ups but the number of reps in a set were based on the number tau (2pi) 6-1-2-8- . . . were the reps. It is a way to learn an interesting mathematical pattern or number while keeping exercises varied in counts but still consistent. Pascal's triangle is good for me a squats, and I think negative chin ups but I do not get far.

  17. Batch cooking! Careful with the coffee or you may need to plan a week to go through caffeine withdrawal.

  20. If you are feeling icky, don't do it. Maybe not cut it all out but start cutting back.
