First challenge!! (lame intro lol) I've been going through this website for 3 days and missed the start of the challenge.Couldn't sleep before kicking myself to start posting. Anyway,, on my way to a better me. Yay! My main quest is - Short term: to lose weight (6-11lbs) by Sept. 12 , Long term: get a more "even" sihouette and be able to fit in a tight shirt with not much "extra" showing. And on the other hand it's to get to a better me in terms of energy and health. And be able to face what I call my "summer swimsuit tragedy" . For this I have three fitness/diet goals: Diet: 50 oz. of water (minimum) dailyVegetables in all forms each day and a fruit as snack(s) and some lean meatNothing less than self home-made foodFitness: Walk 15 min each morningComplete the ANGRY BIRDS routine 3 times a week AND properly (except the pull/chin ups ) Do 1 almost proper (if not completely proper) pull upLife quest: Be able to complete and send my internship report by August 15th. My motivation: I'm tired of making excuses for myself and thinking ''I can do it'' but not moving a single finger just because I fee my body can adapt quickly. In the end I do nothing. For once I want to be able to say: "I did it! Yay!"... It all starts with a 1st step (Mom's words ringing in the back of my head lol). I want to be able to be proud of the girl looking back in the mirror; then I'll be able to use my "super power" (lol) on some of my friends for them to also start to kickass: mass lifting persuasion I want to be like my "alter ego" Mimageshii (sounds weird haha): It's Mima (one of my pet names) + hageshii (unwavering in Japanese).
