Hey guys and gals! This is my first challenge. A friend of mine reads the blog and linked this to me today, so I'm a little late (and will be even later when I actually start). I thought it sounded interesting, so I'm going to try and get this going! Goals Diet: Only eat out 2 meals a week (starting Sunday June 5th after I move and can go shopping for food)Drink more waterOnly 3 sodas a week (on raid nights)Fitness: Do and finish Biggest loser 30 day challenge starting June 10th (with a friend)Find a new gym close to home and go to at least 2 cycling classesLose 7 real pounds, current weight is 214lbs, record high 2006 at 253lbs, final goal weight is 150lbs (long way to go!)Life: Visit my friend Ryan moreFinishing moving and getting settled into my new roomRead Kill Shakespeare!
