  1. Very good points on the goals being wonky...so to clarify and make more solid, I plan to simply write in a personal diary my weight progress so I can track as I am able to go heavier. I have often just gotten on the machine, dialed in a certain weight, tested to see if i could do it, them carried on. My memory is good, but not to remember how much I had locked in on the overhead press 4 days ago when that was just one of about 5-6 machines I was using!   2. This, after being a fan of Nerd Fitness and reading all of the blog posts, is my FIRST CHALLENGE! And it couldn't have come at a better time. This is also my first post!
