  1. I actually started thinking about that. I have a second bedroom I was saving to find a roommate but it might become a workout room since I can't find a roommate. I will look at the workouts here and find one for days I can't get to the gym.
  2. Three weeks in and I am doing horrible. I've only gone to the gym the yesterday and today and my diet is horrible. End of the negative stuff. Good stuff is I have stepped into the gym and worked out hard when I was there. Focusing on my diet and blood sugar going down and that has been going good these last few days. Its just a start and it might be late, but its a start none the less. I said at the end of these 6 weeks I would not be the same Chris and I intend that to be true even if I did have a rocky start.
  3. Be careful with fruit juices they are just as bad as sodas when it comes to weight loss. You can do it. Also I mix soda water with lemon juice and stevia to get a guilt free soda replacement.
  4. Good luck. I need to lose about 15‰ be myself but can't until my insulin resistance is better. Good luck on your goals and stay strong. This isn't just six weeks it's only the first step.
  5. I took my blood sugar this morning and it was over 300. I have refused to take insulin because it's stupid to fix a problem with his the problem was made and insulin makes weight loss harder. My goal is to lower my fasting blood sugar. My three steps to getting there are working out 4 times a week for at least 20 minutes, eating at least two home cooked meals at home, and talking at least one supplement that help with blood sugar regulation every day. My life goal is to spend less than 120 in eating out over the next six weeks. My name is Chris and I am a food addict. I know better and I do the opposite. I have done this before and quit when life got rough. I will not be that Chris six weeks from now.
