  2. Hey everyone! Was hoping I could get specific advice based on my current physique and routine, I know I need to eat more, I'm starting that this week. Shooting for 3,000 calories a day. I'm a male, 19, 130 lbs, 6'0. I don't smoke, been working out about a year. I want to get bigger, I've been called small my whole life. Also wondering how I can get broader shoulders and how I can get a nice butt? I've attached a picture of my current status. Currently repping (10 reps for all these) 150 lb bench, 150 lb deadlift, 130 lb squat, 35 lb curls. 6'0 weigh 130 lbs. My workout plan and weight:(Monday/Thursday is chest and shoulders, Tuesdays and Friday's are leg and back, Wednesday and Saturday are arms. Legs: Squats 20 reps 110 lbs Deadlift 10 reps 150 lbs Leg extensions: 10 reps 135 lbs Arms: Curl- Right Hand-13 reps 35 lbs Left Hand 12 reps 35 lbs Skull crushers- 9 reps 25 lbs Reverse grip curls: 11 reps 60 lbs Chin ups- 11 reps Kick backs: 10 reps 30 lbs Wrist curls: 10 reps 30 lbs Shoulders: Shrug lifts: 10 reps 85 lbs Overhead press- 8 reps of 95 lbs Lateral raises- 15 reps 10 lbs Wide Grip Pullups- 5 reps Reverse flies 15 reps 5 lbs(just started these) Chest: Flys- 13 reps 35 lbs Bench- 10 reps 150 lbs Pics: https://imgur.com/a/ajDkE Thanks in advance everyone!
