  1. So on a test I carbed up good this weekend... Saturday morning pancakes and toast with eggs. Pizza yesterday. Had sex this morning. I guess we have our answer.
  2. Energy levels have been fine. Working out normally, no problems with endurance there. I feel great minus this one issue.
  3. Not fat at all. 5'7, 150lbs, around 16-18% BF. Idea was use paleo to get myself down to around 12-14%. And Timmy, I didn't see it answered anywhere else, so I decided I'd best ask!
  4. So this is an interesting problem. It's my second go around with paleo, and both times I've had a difficult time getting/keeping erections with my girlfriend. The times I've been off paleo, no problems whatsoever. A google search yielded no results. Has anyone heard of this before? First thought is not enough carbs, but I'm not quite sure how to get 200-300 grams of carbs per day on paleo. Could an actual grain requirement be an, albeit rare, possibility?
