I didn't really like spaghetti squash very much found it kind of mushy but I may have cooked it wrong. I made some awesome ribs/ sweet potatoes / south western pasta stuff the other day that was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Not paleo though :-/ tonight tunafish sandwich with blu cheese

So I found out yesterday that NASM was running a financing deal $50 down and no payments till feb 2014 with 0 interest. I am now a student of the National Academy of Sports Medicine and my books are on the way so I'm changing my first goal, instead of saving money to get the books my new goal will be to study 1 hour every day no matter what.

People call me ma'am all the time and I hate it. I try to make my voice sound deeper during initial conversation. You can use it to your advantage though if you are calling with a problem once they call it wrong if you act incredibly offended you can 99% of the time get what you were calling about.
