  1. Stats Age:21 Weight:163lbs Height 5'9 Goals 1 Do the advanced bodyweight workout 3 days a week, and interval train either running or biking 3 days a week. 2 Complete my 2 current projects, my recurve bow, and moped restoration. 3 Get my license back. (I have to pay 2 tickets, and fill out plenty of paper work) 4 Cut grains and dairy out completely, and go full paleo. My plan 1 I am not allowed to play on the internet until I complete my daily workout. 2 I will dedicate 1 afternoon to each project a week. 3 I will find out the exact process, and start making payments the day I get my paycheck. 4 No dairy or grains on the shopping list, and only salads if I am at work now. Mini challenge Burpees? Awesome, I'll do them for warm-ups and fun. I plan on updating this before bed a few times a week. I just added it to my phone's schedule so it will remind me.
  2. Razor I am still trying to figure out what I'd like to be able to do. I think trimming off some of the extra fat and maybe competing in a few races would be fun. I've wanted to go bicycle touring for a few years, but you have to be in great shape to pedal that far with all your camping gear. My girlfriend is a whole 97 lbs so picking her up has never been a challenge. I know I want to start doing yoga again, compete in an adventure 5k like the warrior dash, go on a cycling trip, be able to do 25+ pullups(I can already do a couple) in a row, get back in school and finish my B.A., pay off my 900$ in debt, and get my class M licence back and another motorcycle, and just generally get into the habit of working out daily instead of every once in a while. I've already created a budget and monthly expense report, I'll have my debt paid off in 2 months. Then I will get my class M on my license again. It's too late to enroll for the fall semester, but I can do spring. There is a warrior dash a few hours away on 9/29/12, that gives me thirty days. I know I won't get first place but I don't want to be last. I'm going to start a progress blog, and keep track of myself. I'm interested in trying a paleo diet. My main reason for deciding to become active in the community after creeping for so long is that I need support and advice. My girlfriend and two of my other roommates don't do much besides eat, sleep, and play video games. My fourth roommate constantly works out, and has a ridiculous amount of trophies for his martial arts training. He is very antisocial though. He did offer me a free month of lessons at his school though, where he is training to teach. I need to refine my goals a bit and make an Epic Quest thread, but this is what I have so far.
  3. I've been reading articles on this site for almost 2 years now and while I've always found them inspiring I've also managed to convince myself that I could always start tomorrow. I'm 21,5'9 & 160-ish lbs, I'm trying to put myself through school, and I have been working in restaurant management for 4 years. I was always a bit bulky even as a kid. I'm not sure about my fitness goals, but I don't really care about how many lbs I weigh. I don't like running, but I love to bike. I hate going to the gym but I am comfortable with bodyweight routines.
  4. I hope to see you at the Warrior dash sdecourcey
  5. Excellent, I would love to see it. Just be careful some sourpuss may call the police about it.
  6. If only it were fancy here, instead it is just a very odd area. You could go around Chicago like that, add some crazy rambling about someone following you and you would make a great addition to any street corner.
  7. I live in the Harrisonburg/Front Royal/Winchester area if you ever want to get a group together for something let me know.
  8. My name is Cameron, I am 20 and reside in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, USA. I love to ride my bike, hike, geocache, and just about anything else that will get my heart going. I am excited about being a part of this community.
