  1. I enjoy a side quest as much as the next adventurer, but lately, all these minor quests have been keeping me from the main story line. And they're no good for my leveling, they're facing rats in the sewers when I should be facing bears. I know I should be facing bears but these side quests are just so addicting! And any time I find myself doing work on the main side quest, I can manage a few hours before my stamina is completely depleted for the main story line. Any advice on how to get back in the main quest?! (I go to a 2 hour dance class twice a week vigilantly, and I've been eating fairly healthy, but I've found myself slipping on the food front and not doing the kinds of activities I should be doing, like yoga and pull-ups, and doing things like watching netflix. I have a job that requires me to be on my feet all day and I find I have no energy to go to the gym or even do work outs at home even though I have the equipment. I'm getting really lethargic and need help out of my rut. Any suggestions?!) Thanks, from an adventurer like you, Rex
  2. Yeah. I do keep busy and drink a ton of water and tea while I'm working. Work does keep me really busy, but my brain sees food and says eat. I actually forget meals sometimes if I'm bored and I don't have food surrounding me so the keeping my meals limited isn't a problem for me it's the being surrounded by the food that seems to be the issue. Thanks for the advice, guys!
  3. Hey Rebels! I'm not new to the intermittent fasting scene, but Steve's most recent article reminded me that I've been meaning to ask for suggestions for this for a while. You see... I work in a bakery. Every day. Not only do I work in a bakery, I likely will all my life. I love it. However, being surrounded by tasty foods is really difficult when I've only had lunch and that's it. Does anyone have suggestions on what I could do to curb the cravings? I've found that keeping my mouth occupied usually helps, but the big problem with that is I'm really sensitive to aspartame so I can't chew gum. Some days I have the willpower but some days I just can't. Any ideas? Thanks! Rex
