  3. Yes, I did!! I tried to run a 5k race for beneficence for Kids with Cancer this sunday, but it was sold out and was afraid I wouldn't find another one until. But a new one was open for December 8th I'll give you full details about it

I'll update more frequently, I promise Just for the record, During last week, I made some research for the next 5k run on my city (I'll try to get pics when ) and regarding my exercises I've working primary on my legs, back and Chest to get stronger and obliterate those flesh addicts.

  6. So, I'm here in a building I hide when the rumors about a zombies apocalypse started. Due the fact I have killed 47 It wan't just rumours. The Zombie outbreak started and I have not encounter any survivor! I'm afraid that I would be alone a long time. That why I need to accomplish my second challenge. Main Quest Obtain the Juggernaut Soda. 2/10 Soda to survive the Zombie Apocalypse. On my first challenge I obtained my quick revive, which will help me in case of injury or worst... anything can happen on this madness. Now, I have to get Stronger until I found survivors and a place to rest. I found a map of the building I'm stuck and wrote down my movements. After placing some barricades B1 and B2 I'm safe for now, but the supplies are running low on the kitchen. I have to move to the Gym where I can find the Juggernaut. MISSION 1 I'm not sure how crowded of zombies is this place, and I wont take risks. Specially the gym area that is big I can find big surprises. I must be strong if a fight needed. As well, the juggernaut needs to the host be strong, otherwise it won't work. I must Body weight Exercises 5/7 days. STR (3) CON (2) MISSION 2 I get exhausted to quick when I run. Running is really important and is my only scape method in case the worst happen. I will train and finish a 5k Race to gain more Stamina. STA (3) DEX (2) MISSION 3 Make an inventory of my supplies start cleaning it. I have to eat healthy and I'm falling again for junk and fast food, My intake is going to drop and I will allow to just eat them 6 times during this 6 weeks. CON (2) LIFE QUEST Look! The Chorus room is at my side. I'll get there first and retreive a Guitar and during this 6 weeks I will learn the whole song I always wanted to, but didn't practice enough. Mouths Like Sidewinder Missiles by The fall of Troy It's complicated and it will be a true Challenge, but If I practice 5 hours per weekend, I think I will be able to play it and is going to be one of my mayor achievements. CHA (3) In order to obtain the soda, I must accomplishing 2/3 missions and the life quest. Hope you enjoyed. Good luck on your challenges

  9. Welcome aboard! I really enjoyed your challenge and yes! I think many of us couple of years/months ago were in a lot better shape. I used to play football/soccer (depending how you call it) due facts like job and studying I stopped and before joining NF I feel like those guys that smoke like chimneys and can't run 200 mts without getting exhausted haha but at the end is our choice if we want to improve! and that's why I congratulate you! Also, as a recommendation, Try to work on your legs and Core the same way as your upper body. We all want to have big muscled arms, but our base (legs, abs and core) must be strong as well to held the weight of our upper body. My best wishes

  13. MISSION 1. Since is my first challenge, I just wanted for my body to get used to exercise. I joined a football/soccer team (depending how you know it ) so I couldn’t just back off the challenge. I succeeded with this mission and train or exercise at least 4 times a weak STR ( 3) STA (1) CON (1) MISSION 2 Parkour This one was funny. I practiced the jumps, falls, rolling, the cat leap.. shoot! Freaking cat leap was tough. And as well, I tried to climb any wall every time I had a chance that, if I did not try, my friends said something like “No parkour?†after doing pull ups, chin ups, pushups and any workout ending in up, it’s pretty awesome that you can handle your own weight. STR (1) STA (2) CON (2) MISSION 3. No junk food. Do not eat more than 10 times junk food during the next 6 weeks. This one was tough, it really was. On the second week of the challenge I had consumed like 5/10 LOL.. but I said “FU and the junk food!†Like so many times to me and told myself If I really wanted a change, so if I needed to that I manage to reach 9/10.. stupid sexy junk food.. CON (1) LIFE QUEST I read the Hungry games saga. XD WIS (3) In conclusión, I got my soda

  18. Hello! Well, my weekend was good. Went to a park with my dog for hours where we met new people and dogs and in a misterious way I hurt my lower back
  19. This was an Update done the last week. How's the apocalypse going!? AWESOME! Since I've been busy with daily stuff and I like to enjoy my weekends off the computer I totally forgot to update the Zombie map :3 so I will post them all Week 1 I've worked out the 3 times a week and to give me boost, on the first week I joined a football team (soccer) and we are on a tournament were we play every saturday! Look at my profile pic Today was our first game and we won! beleive it or not I scored the winning goal! Yay! 1- 0 LOL that was the score. Since the beggining of time I have always loved football so much and I miss it. A LOT! So know that Im compromised with my teamates I cant just stop assisting. Week 2 Mommy joined the apocalypse! Well she doesn't know we are in the middle of the apocalypse but we seal a pact. We wake up early on the morning and we go out to run and climb stairs. Also since learning basic movements of parkour is part of the challenge, I've been climbing walls, dropping and rolling. Since we are doing the exercises on a little kids park near my home, It brings me back my memories when I was a child. Those Golden times were you roll on the dirt, you play with other kids, running, jumping, laughing and doing nothing but having fun. ( ;_; I want to back in time) lol and yeah.. we lost our game 3 - 9 No goal from me, just an assist. Week 3 My soccer team won! We won 6 -2 and no goal again, but 2 assists Promise I will score on my next match and is dedicated to all of you fitters that are working hard. For now, I'm used to exercise and Im pushing myself a little bit harder. I notice i was able to do 35 non-stoping push ups and it feel so great! Now, Im looking for new exercises so I can change routine and work other angles. so assassin Week 4 Hey guys! This week was intense. This week I was able to do 8 straight pull ups and 8 Chin ups and get a beautiful Shoulder and back sore muscles! (Wooohoo!) Also, I played a whole half in the Football/soccer team. We won by the way. Now the bad news is that I'm having a lower back pain. Not sure what caused it, anyway I got bandaged and I wish I would be able to be fit maybe on tuesday because I doubt the pain is gone for tomorrow. Hope is nothing to worry about! Ok Assassin! that for this week and keep being awesome and talking about your panties. I almost forgot! I'm getting close to the Quick Revive
  20. LOL well, assassins can talk about underwear if we are not working out or stabing our bosses that didnt allow us to leave early when we are about to be parents because when he ask you if is going to be boy or girl we answer "I'll tell you in 9 months"
