  1. I was still pretty sick today, so I didn't do much besides clean the house and walk the dog. I ate healthy, which is good. I had raisin toast in the morning and potato stroganoff with steak at night. I drank sweet tea but way more water than tea today. I'd call it a SUCCESS.
  2. Thanks for all your help!! I have a lot of awesome ideas now so I'm going to first try the lemon pepper in the morning when I make my fiance his lunch for work. Thanks again everyone!!!
  3. I really just don't like the taste of vegetables, I don't know what it is. The only ones I do like are corn, green beans (not the french kind), sweet potatoes and carrots as long as they are soft and drenched in salt.
  4. Thanks you guys for welcoming me, once I get to know everyone I'll be a lot less solider status and a lot more loose.
  5. I'm kind of a big baby and because my mom never made me eat veggies as a kid, I don't like them now. I really need them in my diet though, especially because of how active I want to be... do you guys know of any way at all I can make them taste better because I'd rather not just sit there and gag every time I try to eat my three servings a day.

  7. Welcome to the Rebellion! I'm also another transman, though I'm from the States, so if you ever wanna talk, I'm always around. Just letting you know, the community on here is super supportive and super awesome so you can pretty much ask them anything on any subject and they've got an answer for you.   8. I haven't eaten or drank anything all day... I can barely get up out of bed. I'm super sick so not much has happened. Sorry for the boring post. I might be able to hold down two slices of raisin bread so if I do, that's all for today...
  9. Had a lot of errands to run so I count literally running around IKEA for three hours exercise. I didn't eat much at all today, a bit disappointed. I had IKEA food and some soda...
  10. Did more Body Weight Training today. Let's call that hell on earth. My legs hurt sooooo bad once again. Diet sucked today, had some coffee and some soda.
  11. Okay, I got three days to catch up on so I'm gonna start with the twentieth. Jan 20th - Was actually a rest day so I didn't do much but I did only drink water that day and I ate pretty healthy so I'd consider that a plus. Jan 21st - I did relaxing yoga, once again only drank water plus a small cup of lactose free milk. Jan 22nd - It's cardio day so after I do my classwork I'm going to hop on my stationary bike and watch TV. I had a protien packed breakfast of rice and eggs and now I'm having Taco Bell so I don't know if that's productive or not. Side Note: I feel like it's getting easier to do Yoga every day I do it. I think I'm stretching out my legs.
  12. Did the Beginners Body Weight Workout today. It was intense and I had to rub my knees down with Aspercreme afterwards. I used two four lbs dumbells throughout the whole thing. I still have to stretch but after I do it's pretty much going to be me relaxing until my husband gets home.
  13. Okay, after a bunch of failures with Eli and I's plan, we've decided that things have gotten out of hand and that new years in the time to plan a new. Starting tomorrow, Elijah and I planned our resolutions. Mine was to be able to bench 90lbs by June and Elijah's was to lose 30 lbs by June.
  14. I'm starting to get discouraged again...

  15. Today was definately a rest day. Elijah and I's legs were killing us from squats yesterday. We slept till 11am, got up and waited till noon to eat. We got food and ate then dozed off till around five. After five, we ate dinner and took showers. Tomorrow will be another workout day! Food Logs: I had half a package of chicken ramen noodles and two glasses of sweet tea. Elijah had a few bites of beef ramen, a cup of milk, a cup of coffee and a cup of tea.
