  1. As the forum topic and title both suggest, I'm looking into a plan that requires daily (or most days of) exercise, cardio not included. I have an erratic work and school schedule and because of this, not much time per day to work out. I also have an extremely hard time sticking to something when I have to consider days on and days off. I am new to strength training, and have some weights at my disposal, but no machines. A recent flood made me remove my weight bench from the house but I am hoping to get it back soon. I've tried building my own routine but I feel really limited, despite finding websites with excessive exercises, and I know that things need to be mixed up every once in a while but like, I don't know what to mix up with what. It all gets me so frustrated. If it matters any, I'm a 20 year old female, 5'2 and around 115lbs of like pure fat lol In summary, I want a resistance routine that is short and can be done on a daily/near daily basis that also mixes things up. Thank you!
