  1. I have just moved to Pataskala Ohio and my husband is not really into working out or some of the more nerd things I like. I was looking for a buddy either in the area or online/txt who may also like video games, larp, renaissance faires, pokemon, sports, and who would be willing to help keep me accountable and be able to talk nerd as well . Nerd workouts are the best workouts! If you have/love pets as well I love going to the dog park for a work out for both me and my pups. As I am just restarting my adventure I do not have many weights so most of my workouts are bodyweight(though there is enough of that lol), walks, or I get creative with other activities such as sports, the dogpark, or larp. -Ecco
  2. Oh wow! Thanks! Thats a great idea to mass cook everything then freeze em! One day of cooking for around 3 weeks of food sounds definitely doable!

  4. Thank you for the suggestions on quick meals! Does anyone know any instant meals that would be semi healthy as well?
  5. Hello all! I have a super busy schedule with school/work/family obligations. My issue is that I have literally no time to cook for myself as I am always on the run and dont get home until late at night. Im starting to try to eat healthier but I do not know where to start for pre-made foods. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what they think are the best quick meals to buy and/or the easiest and quickest to make.
  6. Right now my workouts are every other day of Insanity and also gym workouts(freeweights). It just seems I plateau and go nowhere after a while. Im stuck in one place and switching up things has not helped. -Alex
  7. Update: Completed my Diet/Fitness Side Quest! Tried out a boxing class today. It was loads of fun amd I didnt even notice how much cardio work I was doing until we hit the first break. It was a killer class but I am definitely going to try to go to more. No soda today and I also managed to start on my Life Quest as well and pay off some of my school. All in all a good start to my challenge! -Alex

  9. This is my first challenge and I am looking to stay motivated to reach my goals as that is the biggest issue in the past. Main Quest: Lose 30lbs or 5 inches(whichever comes first) -Work out 3x a week -cut out all soda -walk for 1 hour 2x a week -get a full 7 hours of sleep each day Life Quest: Pay off this semesters classes Diet/Fitness Side Quest: Try a boxing class -Alex
