  5. ok 22nd it is. 11:30am is good for me.. we can even do 11. can someone post an address for this place? BTW my great aunt and uncle have a house in SI but i havent been many times. their house is walking distance from the beach and its very beautiful there. i heard about water day. i wanna go too XD
  6. Well I am free on all sundays. so lets do it. set up date and place and tell me how much the cost is and im there. XD honestly i live near n train which means its pretty easy for me to transfer to different lines. n stops on almost all major stops in brooklyn and manhattan so yeah. and from there you can go anywhere. even getting to LIRR takes like 15 minutes so thats awesome. Oh and i actually live close to coney island. not that close but still pretty damn close. i could walk. would take me like 45 minutes walking to get there though so train is better XD, Besides all that lets try for a less crowded rink i guess... first time skating is hard on rinks that get lots of traffic. easy to trip over others and also they get cleaned almost every 3-4 hours so they are more wet and slippery. And my first experience on a rink was in a very crowded one. they let you on ice right after cleaning and it was so slippery that someone tripped, tripped me, i flew, landed face first. got a cut near my eye and concussion. lots of stitches. my eyes are a bit different in shapes now but luckily no scar (well unless i turn red like a tomato then you can see it). XD it was awesome though. I have been to rink many times thereafter and never tripped again. learned from experience that you have to wait like 30 minutes after they clean and let people on.... waaay less people falling and tripping all over the place. Also not good to rush and you have to look around and try to stay away from people who are just learning especially if you are just starting to learn yourself.
  7. I have ice skated before as well. But i'm not that great at it either. Good enough not to fall if I don't go too fast though. And even can do it well without any tricks. Sounds interesting. Let's do it. And then hot coffee or tea or choco sounds great.

Oh BTW I started taking pictures of myself at the end of every week since the beginning of this challenge but I am not going to post them since I am very shy when it comes to my pictures just because i take them under-dressed and I don't like putting myself half naked out there online. (hmm maybe I should take them clothed then but then I wouldn't be able to see the difference in body that well)
  9. End of Week 4 report: First Mission: 10 squats - raised to 20 squats 10 pushups - 5 down 10 leg lifts - raised to 15 leg lifts 10 pull ups - I will fail this i think. I just don't have the power yet. I'll keep at it though. Second Mission: 25 sit ups - i can do 25 of almost sit ups still Third Mission: running around park once with no stops - Ran whole park with 5 stops OTHER TASKS task1: eating 3x a day and recording what i eat - 2 meals a day... T.T oh how I wish lunch was easier to remember my book - First chapter done. Started Second chapter. brushing teeth 2x/day - brush before sleep everyday. but sometimes forget to in the mornings (when i need it most) TASKS not graded I think I am making a habit of visiting this place. Found a potential friend who is here on nerd fitness. STATS: weight is 213.2 lbs height is same *Size of clothes is more 16 then 18. Can finally fit into most of my old jeans size 16 (still not too comfy but i can wear most of them) and started wearing some older 16 dresses (instead of just stretchy pants i usually wear and 3xl t-shirt )

Second Mission: 25 sit ups - not actual sit ups just yet but i can do 25 of almost sit ups if that counts. Third Mission: running around park once with no stops - Almost ran the whole park but made a lot of stops OTHER TASKS task1: eating 3x a day and recording what i eat - not doing too well so far. Forget to eat often. Most days have 2 meals a day. (Still better then just 1) my book - still just half that first chapter. brushing teeth 2x/day - still once a day only but i got it down to a routine and im getting pretty used to doing it again.   11. Weehee 1st week of my 1st challenge complete. Not doing too well but not completely lost either XD

  12. Alright Saturday the 14th I am free as well. Let's go. Botanic garden if it's a walk, they also have a few nice places outside that are great for picnic. I can promise food and plastic utensils XD, and up to 4 badminton rackets (cheap ones but ok for playing just for fun) or a basketball. Earlier is good so how about 9-10 am?

End of week 1... 10 squats ok 10 pushups... not yet. got 3 down 10 leg lifts - got it 10 pull ups... i got ZERO T.T just cant do it yet.. so hard 25 sit ups.... sadly i wasnt able to do any proper ones yet. just wriggled on the floor like a worm (or at least thats what my sis tells me i look like) but i am trying to do them just i dont raise that high running around park once with no stops.... ummm so far i cant even run around the whole park, but i get more distance everytime. OTHER TASKS eating 3x a day and recording what i eat... slipped a few times and forgot to eat again. my book... half the first chapter done. brushing teeth - so far forget to in the morning but i got into habit of brushing before i go to sleep (yay) TASKS not graded second time going on this chatroom no buddy yet but i want a get together in NYC central park maybe i will meet someone. BTW my stats didnt change yet. weight is 216.4 lbs height is same Size of clothes more 18 then 16 but i got a pair of size 16 jeans to close on me (but not fit me well) which didn't before.
