  2. Im alive. Things are going mediocre at best. I have worked out most days though i will be continuing the circuits next challenge as i have not been doing regularly. The most crazy work out i did was cutting and splitting a tree. I brought home about 2/3rds of a cord or ric. what ever you call it all hand split. I was swore the next day to say the least. Though i can say that my eating habits are still on track.

  4. Todays CIRCUIT 7. 15 PUSHUPS 10 Reverse Crunches 10 Bicep curls 10 Jump Squats SETS: 4 REST: 1.30 SECS 4 sets compete!!
  5. it is going pretty good. I got to read more but other than that things are going well with the challenge. Was able to do one set of my fridays workout. Wow that is a lot of reps.
  6. Intervals done ... and feeling good. Had 2 eggs 2 bacon and a glass of almond milk for breakfast. May cheat at lunch but hey i am going to workout this afternoon so i will be good.
  7. Intervals done....Feeling good....I am climbing back up on that wagon.

So I know i have technically only missed 2 workouts but i feel like there was an ejection button on the wagon I was on, I hit it, the wagon knew i was missing backed up, ran me over once, didnt see me, then ran me over again on its way forward. Today is the day that I catch up to the wagon. This morning starts with intervals and more normal workout this evening. Starting the intervals Now.
  9. Hey guys last week was was good and bad. I got caught up in things and missed my friday work out. Going to do do that today. Eating was so so need to do better this week. Anyways great job on the kettlebells.

  12. Nice going so far man. When you get the to the rangers and you are still looking for something to do try what ever i am doing. It is basally crossfit.
  13. Week one almost done. I hope things are going awesome for everyone. These circuits are killing me but they seem to be working. Been crazy busy at work so i have not had time to read the boards.

  15. Intervals yesterday 1 min medium 1 min sprint x6 reps. COMPLETE Today Wednesday CIRCUIT 52. 10 DEADLIFTS 15 PUSHUPS REPEAT 10 TIMES CONTINUOUSLY FOR QUICKEST TIME rep time 1 43sec 2 42sec 3 50sec 4 55sec 5 47sec 6 62sec legs and arms where giving out so i quit 60 deadlifts 90 pushups
  16. Thanks all, I am going to try and do more an hour or so. I got the circuits from A friend of mine that is retiring from the military.
  17. Wow my arms feel like they are going to fall off. I will do a few more sets a bit later. I am going to atleast get the push ups done. total was 30 pull ups 100 pushups not quite the full circuit but dang my arms are crazy tired.
  18. Measurements: Height: 74in Weight: 209lbs +6lbs Neck:17in Arm: 12.25in +.25 Chest:41.5 -.5 Waist:36in +1in Hip: 41in +1in Thigh: 21in -.5 I know some of it is muscle mass but man gaining 5 lbs in 2 weeks is a bit of a hit to the ole ego.
  19. Catching Fire Book Review: Over All Loved it! It was predictable in a way that made things work. It made the reader feel like it they understood more than Kat. I like how Kat's character is growing up though out the books. In the first she was concerned about her family and getting back to them. In the second the people she wants to protect are growing and at the end of the second book she faces a decision should she be more than just a symbol of the rebellion. I am going to start the 3rd book today.
  20. I am going to mix them up. I have 52 to choose from. This week I will be doing: Monday CIRCUIT 4. 6 PULLUPS 15 PUSHUPS SETS: 30 REST: 1 MINUTE EVOLUTIONS FOR 30 MINS Tuesday Bike Intervals. Wednesday CIRCUIT 52. 10 DEADLIFTS 15 PUSHUPS REPEAT 10 TIMES CONTINUOUSLY FOR QUICKEST TIME Thursday Bike Intervals. Friday CIRCUIT 49. 12 HEAVES WITH 15KG 20 BENCH PRESS WITH 80KG 20 SQUAT JUMPS 20 REVERSE CRUNCH 20 SHOULDER PRESS 30KG 3 MIN RIDE ON BIKE FOR 5 SETS Saturday Bike Intervals. This all assumes that I am not hurting like I was on Thursday of last week when I started and I will probably put some bicep curls in each day. I will post my measurements in the Morning as I want to start doing it then instead of this late at night.

  22. My goal is to be able to complete most of the circuits not worrying about the time. Once I am there I will start trying to beat my best times.
