  1. Hey EmeraldEagle, Sweet name btw. Yeah, I tell myself the same. One day at a time! On a happy note, I broke my stalemate with the scale I got to 198.1 and 19.5% BF. Yay only 2 more months and I should be at my life long goal. Keep up the good work EmeraldEagle. Tomorrow I will post a 4 week check-in on my main battle log thread. I hope you check it out!!!
  2. Good job thatgirl07!!! You're killing it!!! BTW I love the pec deck I wish my gym had one :).
  3. Thanks for all the comments today! It's actually a good day, I've been struggling a bit mentally again today! My weigh-ins have been a bit static and it gets in my head. What are you guys struggling with?
  4. Honestly I feel like it's all mental! Thanks for the pats man! It really helps!!!
  5. Seems ridiculous to start a whole new thread for this, but I made it to the gym and lifted the hardest I've lifted in a long long time despite: * It was at 6:00 am * My gym buddy bailed. * The roads we so slick you could barley drive faster than 20mph * I forgot my straps for lifting Anyway just patting myself on the back for pushing through the possible excuses. Deadlift workout: 4 X 8 @ 305 Lbs 1 X 10 @ 305 Lbs
  6. Well, It's been a couple days of hitting it pretty hard! I've gotten the water weight back off and I'm back to where I was ISH pre-holidays. Posting My weigh ins for the day! Date: Weight: Body Fat Percentage: Lean Body Mass: Fat Weight: 1/7/2017 219.3 25.4 163.5978 55.7022 1/8/2017 214.9 25.8 159.4558 55.4442 1/9/2017 211.4 24.2 160.2412 51.1588 1/10/2017 209.2 23.6 159.8288 49.3712 Like I said, I'm sure this is all just water weight so not too much to analyse. It shows that I'm headed in the right direction though
  7. I myself love BCAAs ;). That and creatine! I feel like I have less problem with losing muscle mass if I use BCAAs and I also find it curbs the sweet tooth a bit since it tastes like fruit bunch :P.
  8. I find it better to plan them otherwise I start taking too many :P. That's just me though, whatever works for you is the best.
  9. I think you're doing good by cutting slowly month by month. You will see how fast you are losing weight as you cut calories each time. If you start losing more than .5 - 1kg a week add in some more calories. You don't generally want to lose more than 1% of your body weight per week. I think you have a good plan. Just make sure you measure how your body reacts over time :). And don't for get a refeed meal or cheat meal!
  10. Hey everyone! Okay, so I signed up for another new challenge. Since the holidays were a little rougher than I expected I decided to sign up for the BodyBuilding.com 250KChallenge (12 weeks). I'm pretty excited! Here are the pics I used to sign up for that one: As far as updates go though I do have a good lifting update. I tried to PR my 1RM on dead lifts the otherday. My original was 405lbs, which to me is pretty respectable. So I decided to really try something hard. I put 465 on the bar to really push myself and I failed :(. I was a bit bummed so I decided to split the difference. I took off a couple 25s and adsed a couple 10s for a total of 435lbs. This I managed to get up. It was tough but awesome!
  11. Man I miss swimming so much. I used to swim in college but that was a while ago! What did you do for upper body?
  12. Mighty!!! Well you've come to the right place! So far, so good cause I don't think you're lazy. You came here and that's the first step. Let's get you started on a quest/mission. Have anything in mind to get you where you are going?
  13. Hey Jesus, I'm about 18 days into my challenge. It's been tough through the holidays, but I have a lot of faith in the next couple months. Maybe we can work together to encourage each other! You can check out my battle report here:
  14. Hey ThatGirl! Keep up the good work! I am not sure about these products here cause I haven't tried them. Is the first one supposed to be a Pre workout? Seems to be something like that. What makes it more "cardio?" Also, it seem pricey :). Second one looks like a typical pre workout. You may want to pick ONE of those for pre workout, then add a BCAA for while you're working out. Just my two cents :P.
  15. That's not terribly slow, well not terrible slow for me :). How are you accomplishing the "becoming a morning person" thing? I never can seem to do that.
