  1. Yeah it's in my elbow area, and I try to massage it and stuff, especially with soap in the shower to really kinda get in there. It's more annoying than anything as I've been doing good and I took two workout days off last week because of it. Today was my first day back into it after like a week off and third circuit in I got the electricity thing all over. Blah
  2. Hey guys, the title pretty much says it all. I'm doing all bodyweight exercises these days and now I'm getting these electric shooting pains through my right arm when I'm doing 'pushing' exercises. Its usually around the third circuit of a routine it gets really intense, and I stop out of fear that I'm hurting myself in a way I don't understand. I'm freaking out because it's like week 4 of this challenge and I've been doing pretty good. Not sure where to look; online has been pretty useless thus far on the topic just wondering if anyone else has had or heard of similar crap. I think it might have something to do with being on crutches for a couple months in Laos/Cambodia. I started feeling it then, and the odd time after, but now it's every workout :-S So yeah, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.
  3. Alright, I've put this off long enough. Last week sucked challenge wise. Monday, I was getting through my third Road Warrior circuit and started getting these electric shock like pains through my upper right arm/elbow area. This happens a bit each workout usually but this time it just got a bit too intense and freaked me out. Had to cut the workout short. (I was gutted, as it was looking to be the furthest I had gotten circuit wise) I'm trying to figure out what the hell it is, I'm pretty sure it has to do with nerves, and I've got a sneaky suspicion it stems from some pretty crazy partying in Cambodia which involved arm wrrestling, climbing, fighting and then being on crutches for a couple months. Haven't seen much on it online though still looking. I took the Wednesday off to rest it, and the Friday as well but that was half out of fear and half because: GTA V HAS TAKEN OVER MY LIFE!!!! So yeah it's Monday today, and it was raining in the morning so there was no work on the farm. I have no excuse really so yeah I'll get back to it today. Really hope this arm crap goes away though.
  4. They're whack headstand pushups. (Feet on the ground) I can only get a couple upside down ones out like 2-4. But on whisky I can almost do 10 sometimes. Such a boozehound...

  8. I might have to get a hold of Starting Strength when I can Hannah, you're probably onto something there. Lately though I feel I've been rockin out pretty solid. I haven't missed a workout yet, even though some of them crush me into oblivion and I can't get out as many reps as I'm going for. It trips me out that these workouts only take like 15 minutes, so when I'm left laying in a sweaty heap on the floor it kind of reassures me that yes they actually do something and might make me bigga' I hope you're right though about the direction I'm taking Hannah, I feel good and like you say I'm having fun. I'm up a bit of weight and I know I'm stronger, not seeing the mass so much but if I keep at it I'm sure I will soon. Think I'm going to throw in some -high density- I think it's called. All about fatiguing the muscles over many sets of many reps for mass. Maybe Wednesday this week. I dunno. Hope you're doing well Hannah, your 6 week stuff looks awesome!   10. Again: Owning it dude, good show . I love the way you do harvest-like stuff for fall, you're actually getting all involved in the season. Sure I'm working outside in the fall, harvesting apples on the farm at the moment, but still I think I need to eat some pumpkins and down some brown ale or somethin' your posts just seem all warm and cozy shit
  11. You, Ms. DarkRaven, are absolutely wonderful. I'm on a search for the high calorie foods/recipes you speak of and gladly accept your advice and offer. If you do have the time for the recipes, I'd love to hear of them. Yeah, it's been hectic lately, I got back up and over where I was at weight wise, but I've just floated back to the middle. This is all a fight between 61kg, 62kg and 63kg on the digital scale at the moment haha. Bloody ridiculous. I'm smashing back the food, keeping track of the weight, and keeping up on the workouts as far as I can tell. The boozing on the weekend obviously isn't helping things, regardless this is the most attention I've ever payed to my fitness/diet. I'm doing what I can but I only know so much so I'm just going with what I get on the way and crossing my fingers. Cheers for the support! x
  12. Sooooo ...YESTERDAY!!! I was sitting pretty at a nice 63 kg! Gangster right? But yeah after work today I'm back at 62KG Ohh friggin well, BUT alas the day is not over, so I reckon I'll shove a bunch of food and what not into my face and hope for the best. Makes sense to me. Honestly, I've got a feeling with the workouts/diet I'm just getting fatter, but I don't really care. The workouts kick the shit out of me as it is, so they've got to do be doing something right? Worst comes to worst I get a bit of a gut, at the end of the 6 weeks, and then just work on cutting directly after the challenge. (Some of that weight had to go into my muscles..at least a little bit....right?) Well I bloody hope so. Anyways, it was another Gruelling 3 sets of 5 reps Batman Workout yesterday,And an off day today. Maybe some HIIT with the gut paranoia? I don't know, I work hard physically all dayIs this how you're supposed to use bullets?

It's Sunday so chillin but eating a lot (might actually meet my ridiculous 3300 calorie goal), and Saturday was chill too but got in LOTS of calories over 3300 (but some bullshit calories in there), and Friday was the last workout: 2.5-3 Circuits of the Road Warrior WorkoutWednesday was: 3 Circuits of BATMANAnd Monday and Tuesday were write offs. Okay so back to today, Breaking Bad party time :-D By the way I started at 61 KG and I'm like 5'11" Think I'm at 62kg now. Kinda shit as I started before the Challenge began, but I think I'm doing better now. Whateva' yo' this muthafucka ain't givin up
  14. Cheers Sythez, wish me luck I need it yo' haha. Hannah you know me too well Yeah last night was a ball and tonight should be good too! Won't be nearly as crazy though. Yeah I'm doing alright so far, managing to get most of my workouts in. (There was an absolute shitshow of a night that happened in the wake of a Breaking Bad party that resulted in heavy consumption of about 5 kinds of liquor until 7am in the morning ) I've been all over the show busy-ish too so my tracking has been suffering. But I'm going to try to catch up and update that tomorrow . I was pretty disappointed to see I'd lost a bit of weight the other day though, that was a real bummer. I think it's because I've started work at the farm and when I work, I work hard all day which is obviously eating up all my calories! I have a hard time getting enough calories into me each day as it is, and now the work has started, my weights gone back down to where I started. I really need to make all these plans and charts like everybody keeps suggesting. I don't really know where to start as my life's so bloody sporadic, but I'll start looking at other people's when I've got some time tomorrow and try to come up with something basic at least. Hope things are going well on your end too Hannah, I'll get over to your zone soon you witchy ninja you!
