  1. MAIN QUEST 1) Keep a daily workout at the start of each day. Make the Beginner Body Weight Workout 3 days a week. Make a set of stretchings of 20 minutes 2 days a week. A. I managed to make 'em all. 2) Make a 30 minutes running or 1 hour hike once at week, plus a plyometric routine. C. I lost two weekly runs. 3) And my Achilles Heel: get to sleep 8 hours at night! C. I lost some sleeping because of the university. OPTIONAL QUEST 1) Get at least 1-2 hour of daily home study from the university. A. I thought this was a hard one, but it seems that it's almost the only thing i do. 2) Start to have the habit of writing regularly, reading and making music. A. I managed to leave 4 hours a week to this tasks. 3) Start making a computer project that i left gathering dusk for too long, using at least 2 hours at week. A. Same one here. I think that the overall grade of this quest would be a... B.
  2. Ok, i finished my quest/mission. For matters of time i couldn't post before today. As i see it, i only missed two weekly runs. Now i need to decipher how to assign those points.
  3. I completed all my tasks for the last week, by the way. And now one more week.
  4. Today we had a meeting with the medieval fencing group i'm in, after a long recess of more than a month. It was great. Now i feel the effects of the constant training and excercise. I'm moving and reacting faster and more precisely. I'm still a novice in this martial art but i'm gladly surprised of the progress so far. Now i'm sleepy and my arms hurt, but still i'm really happy.
  5. I completed my routines for the last week. Yesterday i went out running to a hill with my girlfriend. I'm still tired but it was great.
  6. Last week i managed to make a lot of stuff, except the weekly run. Also, the other two BBWW were done in two consecutive days. I missed my graduation from college. That week was a mess. I'm reorganizing my time so it won't happen again. So far i have one BBWW and a set of stretchings. It ain't so bad. Now i'm eating real food at least.
  7. Thanks for the support! (And sorry for the late response, my bad =P) I'm keeping on my routine. Yesterday i made the 1º BBWW and a set of stretchings. I'm trying to keep on schedule because of the first horde of big tests and i hope i can make it through without giving up part of the quest. My rest periods have suffered a little this week, i'm sleeping around 6-8 hours. And probably (even when i didn't put it on my quest) i should start to eat some real food, instead of skypping with bread. That's a good extra goal for the week. PS: By the way, Chile is one of the major bread eaters around the world, you should see how many types of sandwiches we have. Don't worry, i'm not planning on eating a sandwich right now.
  8. Today i went for a run. I made my third BBWW, and the second set of stretchings. So that's it for the week. Now i'm tired . All that's left is to study.
  9. Ok, finally back. Time to update. I... kind of... lost from monday to wednesday because of a nice combo of a cold, a long migraine and a stomach ache (i know, i'm a lucky guy). I managed to study and make my morning routine and went to the university monday and tuesday, and wednesday was a nice day (irony). On tuesday i slept only 6 hours because of a assignment, i must try to stick to the "8 hours of sleep" plan. On thursday i made the first BBWW of the week. That leaves two more. Now i'm planning to make the second BBWW and a stretching set. That's all so far.
  10. UPDATE: -20 Sept: Made the second B.B.W. Workout and the second set of stretches of the week. -22 Sept. Made the third BBWW. Now all that is left is one more hour of my project. I've still haven't failed on my tasks. Let's see how it keeps during the next week.
  11. MEMO: Never mix a big meal with a big workout

  12. Great quest! (Also, great link for stretchings... mind if i borrow it? Just a second...) The part of improving for your daughter got me. That's a great motivation. Good luck!
  13. I just read your quest. Overcoming that stumbling block sounds really epic, no doubt the prize it'll be worth the effort. Just go for it! You can do it!
  14. Thanks for the support! I really want to keep on schedule. I like that way of thinking, like one step at a time. I could try that instead of overthinking everything (maybe for next quest). Thanks! Actually, later i showed this post to her, and, indeed, she liked it. Ain't that pressure.
  15. Progress so far for all the my non-readers! -Tuesday went on a long walk with some friends to a hill. Didn't took the time but i'm pretty sure it covers the 1 hour hike of the week. -Yesterday i made the first Beginner Body Weight Workout of the week with 3 reps. That leaves two more before the end of the week. -Already done the first set of stretchings. Just one more is left. -I got to work on my computer project for 1 hour yesterday. Also, i've managed to keep studying at a regular basis. -Except for tuesday, i have slept for around 8 hours these days. That's all so far! Edit: Also, the routine each morning: 20x1 Air-bikes 20x1 Goblet Squats 20x1 Palm-Down Dumbbell Wrist Curl 20x1 Alternating Deltoid Raise 10x1 Standing Dumbell Upright Row 20x1 Push-Ups 1 Plank 120 secs I haven't failed in this one so far.
